Someone there waiting on their food recommend the oxtail, cabbage, and cuban rice, so that's what I ordered. Oxtail - this is one of the best things I've ever had in my life. It was cooked perfectly (I assume, I have never had it before). Super tender and the fat just melts. It's over a bed of rice, which soaks up the juice. There is not a ton of meat, but it is 100% worth it. . Cabbage - I have had cabbage plenty of times, but this may have cumin, but not sure. It was also very good. If you like cabbage, you will probably like this. There were a lot of other foods to choose from, so lots of options if oxtail and cabbage are not for you. Unless we find something better, this is our go-to for Moultrie.
