While I was waiting, a mother and daughter cut in front of me. I tried to get the attention of the server and politely informed her that I had been waiting in line before the person she was currently serving, but I was ignored. Shortly after, another waitress approached me and told me that dogs were not allowed. I explained that my dog is a service animal and that I have documentation and a permit that I could show if needed. Despite this, the staff continued helping customers who arrived after me.
