She couldn't find our order, interrupted me mid-conversation to help someone else, and only located it after I suggested she search by my credit card. She was defensive and unpleasant the entire time. She argued with me when I requested a refund, eventually offered only 50% off, and later came to our table to blame the delay on a busy Sunday while disputing how long we had waited, despite my receipts.
