If I had to choose between the two drinks this would be my choice because it is sweet as well but it's lighter in texture than the protein one. They are both very different though. The vanilla protein drink was also good. I noticed it has 2 more grams of protein than my usual protein drink from the market. It is also 3 ounces larger. Lastly, it has a lot more calories.
