Let me start by saying I have never done a formal review online and if I could give negative stars I would. My negative review would focus on who I believe is the owner. Our waitress was amazing but we witnessed the owner berate his staff in front of customers. This occurred behavior occurred during our entire visit with multiple servers being disrespected over trivial items. I absolutely love a greasy spoon diner and would love to support local owners but I will never return to this establishment. On the way out I told our server how great she did and handed her a cash tip and told her she didn't deserve to be treated like that. See you at Waffle House. read more

I was there for breakfast this morning .. the server was Dom she was so sweet and helped me the picking what I wanted... she was on top of our coffee and needs once the food came out ... The owner on the other hand was a very rude jerk to Dom, we were in a booth and could here the way he spoke to her in a way that no boss should ever speak to a employee.. the lady behind us also mentioned something about it .... very very unpleasant to hear... there was 2 girls working and he put everything on Dom never told the other girl anything.... The Philly-cheesesteak omelette is loaded with meat and sautéed onions and a great flavor. Shredded hash browns are cooked with a nice crunch (a la Waffle House). I used Carli-Co Cafe to cater my wedding day brunch! BEST DECISION EVER!!! I struggled with finding affordable vendors that offered traditional breakfast options. The staff there were patient and helpful with helping me organize my order and make decisions. I ordered the pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, grits with cheese and fruit salad to serve a group of 10. It all was under $200. They provided everything I needed for utensils and plates as well. They had it all hot and ready when I arrived on time. They were all so pleasant and gave me a huge smile and sense of relief on my wedding day. I wish I had pics to share but unfortunately we didn't get any. It was so delicious! Was utterly disappointed after having good food and amazing service from our waitress, watching the owner (Luke) belittle and speak disgustingly to his servers. Not only did he get in their face, mock their laugh, but stick his finger in one servers face as well. Terrible service, mediocre food. We've been here twice now for lunch. The place was pretty empty, so I have no clue why it took 30 minutes to get the lunch special out to the table. The food was only warm, not hot. The flavor of the food was decent (1st time shrimp stew, 2nd time chicken and sausage pasta). The service both times was SO slow. And again, it's not because they were busy. The sweet tea tasted old, and they were out of rum sauce for the dry bread pudding. The cup was dirty with lipstick on the edges. My girls like to go here for breakfast but they forget that every time we have been there it takes at least 45 minutes to an hour to get our food, even when it's not that busy. We are always starving by the time we get served. Today we walked in at same time as a father with his son and were seated. The waitress came and got our drink orders and brought the drinks and then we sat and waited. Finally after we had been there for 45 minutes I told the waitress we were ready to order. She said she thought we were with a man and a boy and thought they were in the bathroom, and apologized for not taking our order yet. I pointed out that the man and his son were at another table (already eating). While waiting for our food my daughter knocked over her hot chocolate, it went all over the table, my lap and shoes, and the floor. My oldest daughter and I grabbed paper towels and started trying to clean up the mess. Waitresses passed by and we were right by the front but everyone seemed oblivious or were perfectly fine with letting us clean up the mess. I had to ask our waitress for a wet towel to clean the stickiness off of my arms and shoes and she said, oh, I didn't know she got it on you, I thought it was just the table. Ok, so she did notice. After about 10 more minutes she said she would check on our food. I heard her asking someone else for help and overheard her saying she put the order in but we still didn't have our food. At this point I was ready to walk out but my kids were hungry and didn't want to go somewhere else and wait. The waitress came back and told us the printer ran out of paper so they didn't get our order but were working on it to quickly get it out. I told her we were considering leaving because we had been waiting so long and been seeing people get served and leaving that came in after us. She did offer to bring the girls some fruit or oatmeal while we waited and said she would tell her manager what happened and maybe he could do something for us. We decided to wait. The food came, it was good but I don't know if it was worth over an hour wait. I got up and grabbed a knife and fork for my daughter because she didn't have one rather than wait on the waitress to come back. We got the bill and the waitress said the manager never came back so she couldn't do anything about the bill. This was quite a good visit for us. The local Waffle House has been closed for 3 days now and we wanted to eat breakfast before work. I found this place on Yelp and saw it was located across from Lowe's. Surprising, since we have driven past it so many times and never seen it before. The interior is a little drab and would t give you the opinion that it was a restaurant. The exterior is plain, but it blends itself in to the strip plaza it is located in. The omelet menu is also carte, a big plus, since my GF doesn't eat potatoes or bread. Most places you pay for the whole meal, regardless if you get the sides or not. My chicken fried steak was good as were the eggs. The gravy didn't seem as if it was homemade. But overall the service was good and we will return. read more

Worked here for a while a couple years ago, and it wasn't that great of an experience. Went back to eat just to see if there were any improvements, and sad to say, there were none. The boss still is absolutely cruel and disrespectful to his employees and the employees look miserable being there as usual. The food is subpar, the music is too loud, and the atmosphere is messy and cramped. It's crazy how this place is still open. A regular told me to try Pork Chop Breakfast so I returned the next day and it was good!!! I just had scrambled eggs and a fruit bowl (fruit bowl was gigantic), but my husband had the shrimp and grits. Their coffee is fantastic and smooth. Mediocre at best. Had the traditional sampler. Hubby had the same with bacon and he said his meal was 'edible.' Nothing to phone home about. Over salted, greasy potatoes. Smoked sausage, meh.
