Esperé alrededor de 30 minutos por una tostada de ceviche, algo que normalmente debería salir rápido, ya que el ceviche ya está preparado y solo es montarlo. I came here after seeing an IG reel of their aguachiles negros and instantly knew I had to try it. Usually aguachiles are bright green and super sour, but their black aguachiles were on a whole different level rich flavor, perfect heat, and honestly just fantastic. It tastes just as good as it looks online. I also tried the surf & turf taco. The carne asada was tender and full of flavor, and the taco was big definitely worth the $6. I ended up ordering a carne asada burrito too, and it was just as flavorful as the taco. Customer service was great, everyone was friendly and checked on us. My co-worker swears that this spot is legit, so she picked up food for us. And yes, it was definitely good. I had the battered fried fish, carne asada taco, and some ceviche. The fish taco was delicious and loved the orange more spicy sauce. It's almost like a spicy mayo. Both tacos were cooked perfectly, and the carne asada was tender and full of flavor. The ceviche needed a little more lemon flavor, and I saw my co-worker add a little more pepper. I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food may have had potential, but the service completely ruined the visit. The restaurant wasn't even busy, yet our server forgot my order, and I ended up waiting much longer than expected. We had to ask to get our water refilled, which shouldn't be necessary. Mistakes happen, but when a restaurant isn't crowded, forgetting a customer's order and not checking in is unacceptable. I expected better service. read more

I was asked to go try this mariscos place that my husband follows on instagram. Well it was not what we expected. I asked for the camarones and pulpo cóctel and let me tell you that the caldo was agrio/ sour. . I ate the shrimp but the caldo was absolutely not good. It was very agrio. My husband ordered the ostiones preparados and the dark sauce that it comes with was very sour. It scaled our tongue. Maybe they add that sauce to the cócteles. Sucks i have been coming here and supporting since the truck started. From seeing carlitos around the bar at the Sahara casino To the Tropicana location to this location . I ordered a molcajete and all the protein was hard and burnt. You can tell it was old and I let the waiter know she said there was nothing they could do about it. Carlitros Mariscos makes the bold claim that they offer the best Sinaloa-style mariscos in Las Vegas, so I had to try them out. I ordered the ceviche de camarón, tacos de pescado, tacos de marlin, tacos surf & turf and the sushi Kiaoken. The tacos were definitely the standout--packed with flavor and well-prepared. The presentation on everything was good, but the ceviche was bland and lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. The food wasn't the best food. I got the agua chiles. It was more chile , more cucumber, and onion. Then they were actually shrimp taste like they added way too much chili. I ate aguachiles, at other restaurants never this much chile to the point were I couldn't eat it. The waitress was nice, but the food wasn't good. They add to much chili not a fan. The waitress said estilo sinaloense but taste nothing like that. Saw it online and wanted to see what it was about but not good needs work. read more
