My co-worker swears that this spot is legit, so she picked up food for us. And yes, it was definitely good. I had the battered fried fish, carne asada taco, and some ceviche. The fish taco was delicious and loved the orange more spicy sauce. It's almost like a spicy mayo. Both tacos were cooked perfectly, and the carne asada was tender and full of flavor. The ceviche needed a little more lemon flavor, and I saw my co-worker add a little more pepper. I thought it was nice and clean. Overall, I'd go here again but next time dine in the restaurant.

¡Definitivamente pienso volver!

Waitress was very nice. Place was really busy. Giving it one star since I waited almost 40 mins for an octopus taco and 1 roll. The roll was very bland if anything you just taste the heat from the Serrano & sriracha. The octopus taco was very filling but also barely any taste on the octopus itself. Wasted $26 for nothing /: definitely expected better.

It was good until found at hair on my saiyan roll and they still charge for it after they took it back not even an apology for inconvenience that kills the whole experience

BEST MICHELADA AROUND. great service, lovely ambience, tasty food. Love this place.

Another amazing michelada. A lovely chilled glass with the perfect amount of chamoy and tajin on the rim. Tried it with modelo negro this time and the outcome is still the same, a delicious, refreshing michelada. The service is great as always and the music never disappoints.

We are sucker's for seafood and this place did not disappoint. Great service and great food. It would have been nice if they took my order at table but you order at counter. No biggie but a bit different. Place was clean and pretty. There is detail on their plates and food set up. Good was good! Which is what we look for. Will not disappoint.

Cin-Cin Brewhouse & Seafood Bar - Seared wagyu roll

Cin-Cin Brewhouse has to be one of my favorite places in Las Vegas whenever I visit…read more The happy hour Kumamoto oysters from 2pm-6pm is the best deal ever. The Red wine mignonette with the Anchovy chili lime sauce and Habanero sauce combination has to be the perfect trio. (Hidden technique, add a bit of wasabi onto the oyster!) (discovered by my sister) The service was a tad slow at first and other people's orders came out before ours even though we sat first. A few orders were forgotten but I am giving Cin-Cin a 5-star review solely because of Chef V. Chef V approached our table and offered to take our order after noticing our table was the only empty table in the dining room. He greeted us professionally and took our order after we waited for 20 minutes and he did a fantastic job. His hospitality is great and he took accountability for the service being slow, and that is what a restaurant should strive for when it comes to their staff. Ana (Anna)? Also provided fantastic service and kept watch of our table to make sure that we got everything that we needed. I would recommend her as your server if you want a pleasant experience where your server cares about your time at the restaurant. The ambiance is cool! If you ever come dine here, sit at the bar and watch the chefs shuck the oysters! It's definitely relaxing and 100% worth the money. Thank you so much Chef V for recovering our experience. I always talk about how great this place is, and although today ALMOST changed my mind, Chef V saved it. Can't wait to visit again! P.S. : To our server whose name starts with a V, I would highly recommend you work on your level of service and hospitality. 1. When you first greet your table, it's great if you would introduce yourself and ask if it's the customers' first time dining with the restaurant. 2. Please bring your table waters after they order their first appetizers or entrees or ask if the table would like waters to start off. We didn't receive our waters til the end of our meal when we asked. 3. Please ask if your customer is finished with their beverages before you take them away. (I still had beer in my bottle). 4. When your guests order appetizers, I would recommend to ask them if they would also like to order their entrees instead of saying "I'll start you off with your appetizers" or Try to finish our sentences for us when we weren't done ordering. (We had to wait an extra 25 minutes just to have Chef V come take our entree orders for us....) 5. Your prebussing capabilities were great. But I feel like you were trying to rotate your tables too quick when the restaurant wasn't busy and there wasn't a waitlist. If there are no customers waiting to be sat, please allow your guests to enjoy their time dining in by being patient. 6. When I asked you about what type of oysters you had available for happy hour, you told me the quantity instead of the region / type of oyster.

A fantastic place for happy hour oysters!…read more I love everything about this place. From outside, it looks like an auto shop/warehouse building but once you go inside, it's a fun restaurant with a nice bar with TVs to watch sports. The service was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and caring. They really took care of my gf and I when we sat at the bar. We got 12 oysters with anchovy chili lime. It was incredible. After, we got the crispy rice and a few handrolls (spicy tuna, shrimp tempura). I highly recommend asking for their spicy habanero sauce. It's actually spicy! (Which I love). I can see myself being a regular here. A nice place to stop by for happy hour for some drinks, oysters and a great time.

I was impressed it came with hush puppies, which were good to dip in my gumbo sauce. Alex was a wonderful waiter! Some good small talk chatting about NOLA, Sedona, sushi along the meal process. Small little restaurant with limited…read moreparking in the front, but there is additional parking on the side of the building which helped. The menu is pretty straightforward: tacos, ceviche tostadas, soups, chef specials, cocktails, and a kids menu. Since it was the hottest day we've had so far this year, I wasn't in the mood for anything fried or super heavy, so I went with the ceviche sampler trio. It came with the Tsunami Tostada (shrimp, scallops, sashimi style fish, cooked octopus), the Wipeout (shrimp, octopus, bay scallops, pico in a cocktail style mix), and a more traditional fish ceviche with lime, pico, cucumbers, carrots, and avocado. Everything came out fresh and cold which was perfect for the weather. Each ceviche definitely had its own flavor. Nothing was overly spicy or too acidic. The Wipeout had a little more heat, but I think I got a bite of fresh jalapeño. The only thing I wasn't huge on was the bay scallops. They tasted a little fishier than I personally like and the texture can be a little different, so if you're picky with textures you may want to avoid that one. Kids got the bean and cheese burrito which actually tasted homemade and fresh, not canned beans at all. Good portion size for a kids meal too. The little one had chicken tenders and fries and was happy. We also ordered the fish and chips which came with a ton of fries and 3 smaller pieces of fried fish. I just wish it came with a little cabbage slaw, lime, or some type of creamy sauce instead of only ketchup, because I think that would've made the plate better overall. Customer service started off great, but the ending left a bad taste in my mouth. We were charged an automatic 18% gratuity for having 5+ people even though we were split between two tables because there wasn't room for all of us together. Nobody mentioned the gratuity, didn't show us the receipt, and just handed over the card machine. We ended up tipping on top of the automatic gratuity without realizing until later which was frustrating. Overall, the seafood tasted fresh and the portions were decent, but prices are definitely on the higher side for individual items. Between that and the gratuity situation, I'm not sure it's somewhere I'd rush back to.

We had reservations, noted that we were celebrating the kids last day of school, no comments made by the staff to them. No big deal. Sat for 10 minutes before anyone came over to offer water. When we ordered I repeated 3 times, clearly and simple how my daughters meal should be "no cheese, no toppings, no bun, just meat" It came out wrong. I let the guy know who brought it, he took it back to correct it, when it came back out Pedro said "I didn't know you didn't want it on buns". No apology or accountability, ok. It was busy but not packed, other tables seemed to be getting the normal service I'm used to here. Service to our table was slow, my mom was never offered another drink. After our meal I asked Pedro to pack the two slices of pie to go. 15 minutes later he comes back and says "here's your desserts". I asked where the kids sundaes were and he said in the bag, I told him we wanted to eat those there, he said sorry and left. Instead of offering to make the sundaes for us to enjoy we pulled them out of the bag to eat at the table and realized they don't give you ice cream to go.. so we had to ask for that and Pedro still didn't think it would've made sense to have them made properly. He had multiple opportunities to turn our frowns upside down but instead looked irritated to serve us. I'm a local that dines out often and this server really makes me feel it's better to take my money and recommendations elsewhere. Joe would be ashamed.
