Inside the mall, so very easy parking. Shrimp taco was out of this world and the friendliest staff you come across ever. You can take your plate inside the bar next door and enjoy your beer and big screen tv

Hours of operation for this food counter inside the Mercado Boulevard most definitely vary. If you have the opportunity to order their shrimp cocktail you will not regret it. $15+ dollars served in a big margarita like glass with large shrimp, fresh avocado and a side of crackers. The taste is savory with a nice little kick. I cant wait to go back for a quick lunch!

Very unsure why not so many ratings. This ceviche was very tasty! A little hidden gem hiding in a mall. Would definitely recommend, give it a try!

I had seen all perfect reviews for this Central American themed restaurant and it did not disappoint! It's tricky to find while tucked in the back of El Mercado in a commercial mall, but worth the search in my opinion. I tried both the ceviche and camaron tostadas (pictured) and they were light and refreshing, not heavy, and tasty with every bite. I'm a pretty picky eater and this exceeded all of my expectations.

We finally got to make are our way after some friends mentioned how much they LOVED the food. That sold us and off we went. Tucked in between buildings, kind of tricky to see there signage but you'll notice a gold sitting man statue right by the door. Good lawwwd the food here just blew us away. We had the Yellow Tail Crudo. This was refreshing, sauce was excellent and savory we remarked on perfect they had this cut it wasn't thin or overtly thick. Enough to pick up and and enjoy the bite. Crispy Rice, was hit we're suckers for this sort of dish. The small bites, tasty tuna, crispy rice and glaze is all around tasty as fu*k. Teppan Udon Noodles - I don't usually order noodles when I'm having sushi, but this dish came highly recommended by our friend. After the 1st bite we saw why. The sauce is insanely savory, a bit thick but paired so well with the dense udon noodle. If you like noodles definitely fit this one in. Negi Toro Roll - Is a stand up throw your glasses across the room good. I hate how much I loved it bc I know I'll crave it. It's not a heavy roll in fact it's so light you'll believe you can probably eat 2 or 3 more..I was told no bc I already ordered enough dishes..I did get full after scarfing eveything..but I still wanted more! Just go, gawd now I'm craving eveything again. You might find me there.

Every item we have ever ordered from the menu is fresh, high quality, beautifully presented and most importantly delicious! Service is always top notch, with quick and attentive staff with a chef that is also attentive and communicative. One of our most favorite things is that this is a brewhouse, so they have really good in house beers and just a great drink selection. As a michelada enthusiast I was very pleasantly surprised that their in house michelada is one of the best I have had! Relatively kid friendly place, our kids enjoy their miso soup that also has mushrooms so it's more filling than other misos. They also enjoy the avocado handroll and edamame. All in all, this is a great place to grab a bite and some good drinks, especially for people who value quality over quantity.

We decided to try it for two reasons: we wanted to avoid the long wait at Palace Station Oyster Bar, and our 14-year-old was excited to try pan roast for the first time and loves raw oysters. When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty, with only one couple seated by the window. We didn't let that discourage us from giving it a try. The restaurant appeared to be a true mom-and-pop operation, staffed by one cook, one kitchen helper, and a waitress who also greeted and seated guests. The waitress was friendly, attentive, and provided prompt service. We were quickly seated, given water, and handed menus. The décor is simple and unpretentious, creating a casual neighborhood feel. We ordered two Seafood Combo Pan Roasts, Linguine with Clams, a half dozen raw oysters, and an extra order of rice to soak up the pan roast sauce. The Seafood Pan Roast was disappointing. Instead of the rich, seafood creamy savory that makes this dish so satisfying, it leaned heavily on tomato sauce. The consistency was quite soupy, with only small pieces of seafood scattered throughout. The Linguine with Clams had a strong briny flavor but lacked the garlic, butter, and savory seasoning we were expecting. There was also very little clam meat, making the dish feel underwhelming. Overall, the service was warm and welcoming, but unfortunately the food didn't quite live up to our expectations. Based on the many positive reviews, I have a feeling we may have visited on an off day. We truly appreciated the attentive service and the convenience of easy parking, so we'd be open to giving PK Oyster Bar another try in the future.

The dining area had a candy bar shape, there is also seating at the bar. Please please sit by a window though, for some premium people watching of some of Downtown's more affluent residents. So far everything I've had here is bomb, we usually start with the chips with bean dip and ease our way into one of the most diverse and colorful taco and tostada collections I've ever seen on a menu, there's also a good chunk of ceviche. The Bajamar fish taco is an instant classic, watch out for the small green pepper chunks! My favorite is the Puerto Nuevo Taco, Shrimp with rice and beans with some pico and chile. Also enjoyed the octopus chicharron. Long live the chicharron! We also share the Surf N Turf fries, shrimp and carne asada mixed with mozzarella on fries! A must share with a companion or all by yourself. Couldn't ask for more in service, they check on you constantly and it's easy to get their attention. The ambiance does have a Baja beach vibe to it with the playa music and colorful aura. This will be in my repertoire for a while, come check it out!

It's in a small building with a diner-like setting so I sat at the bar area. Bartenders greeted me immediately, brought me a beer, and gave me a short run-down of the menu leading me to order the following items which all came out about 10 minutes after ordering: Surf & Turf taco = 8/10 Marlin Adobada = 7/10 Cabo Tostada = 9/10 All of these were pretty solid. The surf & turf taco is quite large with some guac and crispy onion straws giving a creamy and crunchy finish and it's seasoned well. The marlin adobada has a unique flavor profile with the smoked tuna marinated in pineapple and achiote w/ cheese onions, and a guac aioli sauce; the pineapple flavors definitely come through so if you like that flavor, definitely get this one. The cabo tostada was the best of them all as one of the ceviche tostada ooptions. It has shrimp, octopus, and scallops in a spicy sauce with a lot of lime juice and a pickled carrot/onion/cucumber finish. All the flavors of these ingredients go well together and they give a lot of seafood. Definitely a must-order. With restaurant prices elevating, this place is one of the more affordable low-key eating options in the area. It's a hidden gem that deserves a visit when you're in downtown sin city if you want to get away from the strip for a bit.

Food was really good and service was great. Our server Kalani was friendly and attentive, even though he was working several tables at once on a busy Saturday night. So why the 4 stars? Couple things - food kind of took a long time to arrive. I understand, it's a busy Saturday night but it still seemed to take a little bit longer than it should have. Secondly, the drink menu seemed a little bit limited. Lastly, no plates or utensils meant we were eating with our hands. No biggie, but considering that it would have been good to have hand sanitizer or hand wipes on the table prior to eating followed by may a hot towel after finishing. Overall, not a bad visit at all. I'd definitely go back but the little things above kept me from giving them 5 stars. It's simply not a 5 star experience without those things. Go check them out though.
