This location is pretty good, not the best. You never know if the food is going to be fresh hot, microwave warm or cold. I really enjoy the morning sausage or bacon, egg and cheese biscuit but that's always a hit or miss at this location. Sometimes they are very fresh and sometimes the biscuits are hard. stale and just pulled out of the microwave. I have been at this fast food establishment many times. The meals usually are delicious, and at the same time, they are well made. The wait time is not long. Very disappointed in this Carl's Jr. The last two times we ordered Chicken Tenders they were terrible. On the first occasion they were soggy and the second there was a hint of dish soap when eating them. Also the fries have been luke warm. We know Carl's Jr. is better than this. Tonight on my way home from work I picked up dinner for my family. I normally don't leave bad reviews but I'm pretty pissed off! The guy that took our order tonight was awesome, he should get a raise. But whoever was cooking tonight should be FIRED. I asked for extra tomatoes on my burger because they only put one, and I got the grossest looking tomatoes that were just mush I'm surprised I even was able to get them off the burger. Did I mention that I PAID EXTRA for that??? I tried to just eat the turkey burger, but the bum was hard and tasted old. I'm very disappointed. I won't be going back there. I literally had never eaten in a Carl's Jr until they introduced the Turkey Burger early this year, now a days I will stop in places like Brawley and Adelanto where choices were limited. This was a sassy Carls Jr. with graffitti on the walls, table service, and "vintage" Carl's Jr. black and white photos andd they have diet lemonade. There is no excuse for poor quality food from Carls Jr. I was here on 3/21/2015 at approximately 9.45 pm. I ordered a big chicken filet sandwich. The bread was supposed to be a fresh baked bun. The bun was peeling on the top falling apart smashed and tasted old.The tomatoe was missing it whole center i only got the edge of the tomatoe.The employee that made the sandwich dose'nt care about the company or its customers.There is no way that sandwich should have been served Im not asking for anything extra however, i should be guaranteed good quality food. fresh lettuce,fresh.tomatoes and fresh bread. I've been to this Carl's Jr 3 different times this year and each time the service continues to decline. The people they put at the drive thru window are either deaf or idiots because I always have to repeat myself numerous times, and they still get my order wrong or forget to put things in the bag!
