I had to give this place recognition. Most of the times you go to fast food or drive-through and the people there definitely just don't care about the quality of the food they're putting out. But tonight was completely the opposite with my experience here at this Carl's Jr.. 1st the lady taking my order was very friendly and nice when I pulled up to the window. And it took a few minutes to get my food, but I don't mind that at all. Wait in a few minutes to getting fresh hot food as well worth it to me. I got a western bacon cheeseburger and it came out hot fresh. Everything was perfect. The amount of barbecue sauce even the onion ring on it seemed like it was fresh and not had been sitting most of the time the ones they put on the burger are old and you can tell they just been sitting around all day, but this was not that way. Including the bacon. And I got zucchini and they were fresh and hot right out of the fryer. So thank you call Junior for providing a quality meal. Everything so expensive nowadays and when you get something that is old and not quality it's really disappointing so I really appreciate That. Went at 12:58pm drive thru, asked if they had a special, girl said buy a famous start get one for $1.00 so I ordered 4 and some other food, got home all 4 had cheese, I never order w/cheese, I called & spoke to "manager" Jose, he didn't talk like a mgr (definitely needs better cust. Serv. mgr training), I told him I didn't order with cheese & wasn't asked if I wanted cheese, he said the special automatically come with cheese and if I didn't want cheese I should be said "no cheese".. WHAT? really I'm supposed to know that they automatically come with cheese even though I wasn't told. He did say the words "sorry" but very insincere, & just started defending their actions, then he said he he listened to me and doesn't know what more I wanted..I didn't want anything more then to make them aware and maybe not let that happen to the next customer but I didn't get a chance to tell him that because he got me mad with the dismissive way he was spoke to me, if the mgr speaks to customers like that can you imagine the attitude of the workers?? TOO EXPENSIVE! If you exchange a beef patty with beyond, you have to pay 5$ extra. If it is a double patty beef and you replace them with double beyond, you will pay 10$ on top of the original price of the double beef burger! I really like the Double Western but as a vegan I would order the Beyond or buy the Double and add $2 and eliminate the bacon and cheese. I went last night around midnight after work and I was so pleased with everything. First off I went through the drive through and was greeted with a very welcoming attitude, the lady that took my order kept using dear and my pleasure when speaking to me. When I pulled around I was greeted by the same lady which I later learned that her name was Doris, she was an absolute delight to talk to. I received my food nice and fresh from her, which was delicious by the way! From what I can see from my car it did look very clean inside which I was very pleased to see, because most other places I've been to always seem messy. I also noticed that it was just Doris alone which I felt bad, but for her being alone she got rid of the line pretty quick and with excellent customer service!!!! BEST PLACE EVER , super nice cashiers . I was welcomed by all workers including cooks in the back . Boss was SUPER kind and made sure I was comfortable , and I needed everything ! I have to say this specific Carl's Jr. location has made some drastic improvements to both quality and accuracy of the years. Theyre located on the southeast corner of La Palma and Kraemer in Anaheim. I stopped going to this location because they used to always get my order wrong. But over the last couple years, I've been there a handful of times and they haven't failed me in those visits. Yesterday I was working and in a rush so I went through the drive thru and ordered a Superstar with cheese. I must admit, at first when I opened the wrapping around the burger, it didn't look as appealing as the picture on the menu (but that's given at every fast food restaurant with whatever items you order) But I must admit, the burger was delicious. Stopped by to try the new Beyond burger Monday. The burger really tasted great. The only drawback was the color of the meat in the patty. It was a un apatizing beige color. See photo.
