Lately I have ordered the Double Jalapeno Cheeseburger for $2.99 as it is the right size to hold when driving, tastes good and is a good buy. The constant complaint I have is...they pre-cooked these patties and serve them cold with cold cheese and cold lettuce. Can I get a fresh cooked hot hamburger patty with melted cheese please!!!!!!!!!!!! If I wanted a cold sandwich I would go somewhere else. In your haste to fill the order quickly you forgo the meaning of "good tasting" burgers. COLD is not how a burger should be served. Covid Crooks! I stopped in for drive thru while working in town. I work in hospitals, just finished a long day, and all I wanted to do was eat and go to bed. I placed my order, drove to the window and handed the girl my credit card and a coupon. She refused to take the coupon because "that's a Carl's/Green Burrito coupon, we are Carl's Jr.". Really? I usually do not do reviews on just the customer service when I do a review on a restaurant, but just thought you " Carl's " should know that you have a great person working for your company. We went through the drive thru on our way to a late night fishing trip with our kids and the lady that helped us was just so nice! Just helpful ..sweet like a grandma ?! No offense. Once we got to the window she continued offering our condiments and making sure she told us good bye. People like her need to be acknowledged she is at work when she could be home with her family and sometime we take that for granted when we go thru a drive thru. We just want to get our food and back home. But overall the food was good and service even better! read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered 4 items...2 whoppers with cheese (no tomato and no pickels) and sodas. Didn't get the the 2 sodas, not that big a deal since it was caught at the window. Left the drive thru and started eating on the road. Neither of the whoppers were the way we asked, 1 was plain with cheese only and the other was with pickles and tomato. We didn't even get a receipt with the survey information. Disappointed and won't be going back to this location. read more

While this location is friendly as you pull up to the window the food is horrible. The chicken on my $5 chicken sandwich was inedible. Like old, cheap chicken. You bite into it and its cold, hard and fiber-ous. Disgusting! The Onion rings were mushy and the breading fell off all of the bag. Didn't even touch those. Called to complain only to be told I would have to drive all the way back to get a refund, paying with card you would thing they could just go back to the transaction. Did you know that they have charbroiled turkey burgers? For the health conscious with shallow pockets, this is a treasure! There are 3 different types of turkey burger. I purchased the original. Truthfully, I purchased 2 of them. For $2.99, each of them contains only 490 calories while providing the eater with 29 grams of protein. If you want even fewer calories, tell them to go easy or hold the mayonnaise (calorie count then drops to about 410). The turkey burger tastes almost exactly like a normal burger with ground beef patty. The texture is a little different as ground beef likes to crumble when bitten into. Turkey requires a little shear force (tearing) with every bite. Otherwise, every Carl's Jr is the same. All the counters and tables feel dirty. Spilled soda makes the tables and benches sticky. Ketchup that has dried crusts over the corners and edges of the tables. Yup, you get what you pay for. read more

The food here is much like a standard Carl's Jr. But this one is one of more tolerable ones I've been to. Service I think based on reviews and my own experience is notoriously slow. But we weren't too angry since we had quite a bit of downtime to spare. This Carl's seems to to be the gathering house for many workers I'm sure ranging from Fry's Electronics to K1 speed. We were on the 1.5 hr waiting list at K1 and decided to take some Carl's to-go. POS guy was really nice. Pro-tip : Credit Cards are free, debit cards have service charge. The guy and I then got into a conversation of why even bother using debit cards. haha. The food was decent, especially for a guy who hasn't visited a Carl's Jr, since they changed their campaign slogan from "Without us some guys would starve." to, "let's put sexy models eating hamburgers very sensuously" They took my jalapeno burger off the menu, but rest assure they still make them. But with the rise in food prices and not real incentive to drop prices, the six dollar burgers no longer seem all that appealing and are getting to actually get to six dollars which....I think is a bit of cruel irony. That being said, many small independent or smaller chains of burger joints are starting to rise up and challenge the likes of Carl's and if I had a choice between the two, I would choose against Carl's. Great customer service here! I ordered 3 superstars with cheese and a med fry. When I arrived home, I realized there was a burger missing. I called the store and they were more than happy to remake the burger for me. I then arrived at the location, was greeted and, without question, received my newly made burger. Again, another off-night restaurant visit (tue 8/19/2010), but still a decent experience that I would repeat. My fish taco was a little drier than I've had at other Carl's/Green Burrito, but still ok. Place was clean. Service was quick. My friend had the Chicken Club Sandwich with no complaints. Again, we sat for a good spell and shot the s**t, and no one seemed to mind that we were there for over an hour or so. read more

I can't seem to be able to order food at this 24 hour location at early mornings on multiple tries. My attempts have been blocked by: I've seen a cone blocking the drive thru (both lanes). I've been turned away due to the registers being closed for x amount of minutes until they can be used. Today I sat at the box for 4 mins, asked "hello" with no response. Well I got the bacon Swiss crispy chicken burger. Too bad I was unable to finish it, but so good! I will finish it before I leave. There is also a really cute cashier x3 she gives the best service. This place is so disgusting the restaurant was closing early because they were doing maintenance or some shit inside the therefore they were closing early. We got There about 15 minutes prior to closing. Make sure that you check your food before you leave. I had to go back twice because first they forgot my salad. Then they gave us the wrong dressing. Carl's is by far my favorite fast food burger joint around. Love the double bacon western cheese so I order it quite often Service is excellent and I can actually understand what they are saying through the intercom. The green chicken burrito has real pieces of white breast chopped up and the green steak burrito has quality chunks of steak. These burritos are huge. 'm addicted to those beef tacos, soft or hard shell, they are great . Who says you can't eat affordably and be satisfied at the same time? I'll be back soon. read more
