We use to love this Carl's Jr., now we will never go back. For years we have been loyal customers and overlooked many issues but that ends today. How hard is it to do your job? I understand mistakes happen and they have before but not with this much regularity. Last week spent just under $50 on food for the husband and family. Burgers missing guacamole and bacon. Called they apologized and asked me to bring it back. I wasn't driving all the way back. Fine whatever. Tried again tonight, same order. Again no guacamole on the 2 burgers that should have had it and no bbq sauce on the western. Husband packed then up and went back. He showed then we paid and they messed up again. Offered to remake ONE of the burgers. They messed up 3 of them and charged us for it. Yet only redid ONE! How hard is it to do something so simple. Maybe if they had a supervisor older than 20 that might help? Or quit hiring a bunch of potheads, yes you can smell it on them. Maybe then the quality will be back where it's supposed to. We have options and we will be choosing anywhere else but here. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Unbelievable, today i waited in the drive through to order, I then ordered, while waiting in the fast food drive through, an employee comes out and stated they were out of the main ingredient in this breakfast item. I then stated I wasn't interested in any other item. I also stated that I will expect compensation as I continued to wait in the line unable too leave. When I arrived at the window the manager stated he wasn't going to compensate me for the inconvenience....I turned the truck off and inconvenienced the manager for a short time, as wasted time is no big deal? RIGHT! I actually work in service, I'm able to compensate if needed. This manager, poorly trained obviously, in taking care of your clients! I'll say offer a cup of coffee or something.... Extremely poor people SKILLS. As I was a regular, needless to say, my fast food time is to valuable to spend it at this establishment (won't be back). read more

I'm not sure how the morning staff is, but when I eat here at night with the night shift working. I always seem to feel nauseous/sick, I start to build phlegm in my throat. Not only do I feel sickly, the burgers don't taste good and is very sloppy and poorly made. The burgers also lack in taste and a bit burnt. The night shift just seems to be really lazy and maybe unclean. If it's night time don't eat here. read more

I myself am not much of a fast food guy but I dabble on occasion. The kids managed to sell me on Carl's Jr for lunch. The prices for the deluxe burgers were on par with fine restaurants. We ordered up and spent a whopping 46 dollars. I don't recall specifically the burgers we ordered but I tried them all as the kids didn't finish them. They were high school cafeteria at best. My daughter ordered the chicken strips which were disgusting and smelled like a dirty towel. The sodas were fine and the employees were tentative and courteous. The reason for two stars vs none. Really, the over priced specialty burgers were aweful. We can go to In n Out for half the price and know the food will be delightful. read more

After todays experience I am thoroughly impressed with this location. Yes my food was messed up but the guy I think is owner was very helpful in this fixing the problem yes it needed fixed 3 times but the third time he over saw the remake and even gave us a free cake after offering a shake which we turned down. The guy that helped us is the friendliest owner or gm or whatever he is that I have ever met. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure the customers are satisfied. read more

Im with my mom and sister and I order the teriyaki burger and my sister is debating on chili cheese fries but shes a vegetarian. Easy enough we ask.. "does the chili have meat in it?" She replies very rudely almost like I was stupid "no, its just chili and fries and cheese" okay so I order CCFries with NO meat. We roll up to the window and she asks if I want sauce. I say "Honey Mustard please"... she says "ranch yea here" and throws it in a bag. Its $20 dollars and we drive off. What do u know theres meat in the chili. I've had trouble with this particular location before but it usually takes a lot for me to want to write a review. This last trip will be my last visit at this particular Carl's Jr. It started fine. Jordan, who took my order, was friendly but had to reconfirm I did indeed wanted the Beyond Famous Star burger. I have not consumed beef in about two years due to a variety of reasons to include my personal health. I still love the taste of burgers and was extremely excited when Carl's Jr introduced the beyond patties. I've had them about seven times at three different locations and usually thoroughly enjoy them! The first one I ever ordered was at this Cameron Park location and it arrived undercooked. Still edible but definitely still cold inside the middle. Figured it was a fluke and tried the burger again at another location and was very satisfied. This was my third time ordering at this location (the second time was very satisfactory) Everything seemed fine. Though Jordan took his time to fold my bag while looking at me in what I would describe a wily smile while saying "enjoy" and handing it to me. Something just seemed off from the start. Upon my first bite I knew I had received a real beef patty. Two strikes is enough for me especially when the second strike is being deceived of what I ordered. My main goal in posting this is to make aware to the management that there may be employees who believe it is ok to serve people who order meat substitutes actual meat. It may also have been a mistake by the employee by preparing the wrong item. If that is the case I would recommend the solution of placing the patties in a separate and obvious location away from the meat products. read more

Let me start off with saying that Ferdy is an incredible manager/owner. He always hooks us up with the discounts and for that I appreciate his businessman-like esque. Sometimes they close nearly half an hour before stated, which is a bummer because all I want during RNH is to gulp down my milkshake in my front yard, but its not always possible. read more

For fast food you can't beat the service. Ferdy, is the daytime manager and the most accommodating person I've ever met! He actually comes around and asks how your food is! He smiles, laughs and remembers everyone's name, I adore him! Love all the coupons in the mail! The food always seems fresh and tastes great! The menu is varied enough to suit everyone in our large family!! read more

Just went through the drive thru. Ordered chicken sandwich meal, paid extra for zuchini. Screen said crisscut fries, so I asked when I got to window. Assured me I got zuchini, even asked if I wanted ranch. Car behind me, so I got food and left. Got home, no zuchini, fries - and they were ice cold :( too far to drive back..i called, spoke with 'manager' who was not very nice. Really CJ? you won't have my business again. read more

If I could post a 1 star review I would. I went to lunch with 3 of my co workers, as I do almost every day out of the work week. This day happened to be a little different because we all decided to go and eat together because it was my last day on the job with my friends. We always go to either Subway or Carls Jr. depending on how many people are in the car. Since we had 4 people in the car we went to Carls Jr. to get faster service. So we pull into the drive thru and there are maybe 5-6 cars in the drive thru. Three of the cars in front of us were workers from the same factory as us. We waited 10 minutes to place our order because they were busy, all the while more cars pulling in behind us. When we get to the box to place our order I tell the worker that I have 4 separate orders in the car since we all pay for our own ticket. This is nothing unusual as we do it all the time. But today there was a boy working the drive thru not the usual 2 girls we order from. To my complete astonishment after I told the worker I had several orders in the car, he informed me that he would not take my order and that I would have to come inside to complete my order. At this point I am locked into the drive thru with 3 cars behind me and 3 co-workers in front of me ordering their food. Our lunch is 30 minutes long. He refused to take my order, so I had to wait in line until we were able to get up to the window where I asked to talk to a manager. To my amazement he told me that he was the on shift manager!! I have never been treated like this here before, the actual manager of the facility offers regular discounts to me and my co-workers because he values our business, and we come there very regular. The workers name was Steven I believe and I was so mad that I don't think I will ever go back. I have been going to that location since before I can remember since I have lived here all my life. I and my three coworkers were late getting back from lunch and had to go the gas station next to Carls Jr. to get our food in an absolute rush.
