I'll be 100% honest the two employees working today at 5:00pm July 27th 2025 They did an excellent job cooking and making the food, I believe the environment outside the building can throw people off but the feeling you get when your order is made right and taste great changes everything , if you look at it as maybe the customer only has enough money and time to get something quick and they chose Carls jr they would feel like the money was well spent. OUTSTANDING!! We live close to this Carl's, visit often, and typically go through the drive-thru. I'm stoked that so many nice people work there! I always add extra onions and/or jalapeños to my burgers etc., and everyone is always so nice, friendly and accommodating. They're always so receptive of my modifications without sounding irritated at all. Love to see ALL of their smiles at the window too! We've had the absolute pleasure of meeting Anjelica, Christopher, Alma, Mildred and a few others, I don't have their names but they ALL are an absolute joy to see each time we visit. Each individual is professional, friendly and kind. It's like seeing a beloved friend each and every time we go. Service here is terrible. I stood at the counter for 5-7 mins while 3 girls in the back laughing and gossiping about their boyfriends. One girl comes up to take my order and I order a Single Famous Star with cheese. She asked me if I wanted just the sandwich or meal. I tell her meal and she tells me my total and I cash it out. I get to my truck and look at my burger and they made me a western burger instead of a single famous burger. I go back and tell her that they made the wrong burger. The manager comes and says sorry I'll make you the right one. The cashier says I repeated it back to you and tell her no you did not. You just ask me sandwich or meal. Manager comes back with the burger and I asked can I get a refund difference because she charged me for the wrong thing. They told me they don't have access to give refunds or difference. They just have to make the burger over. I advise people if you go to this Carls Jr make sure your order is correct otherwise they will rip you off. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. We had lunch here today. The girl taking orders at the counter had headphones on and was also taking orders for drive thru so we had to wait for her to finish. She wasn't real friendly. Just went through their drive thru Girl working the drive thru Fri October27 around 8:10pm. Was extremely rude, impatient when we were taking our order, cut us off and didn't let us finish ordering and told us our total and told us to pull up to the window. Then when she was handing us our order, rolled her eyes at us, didn't say have a goodnight , NOTHING!!!! Absolutely rude girl, only good thing was the food was fresh and delicious. They decided to get rid of the beyond burger for some reason. They said they could sub zucchini instead only to not mention they are charging you for a whole side of zucchini not substituting . They want to sell a burger keep the meat I pay for so they can sell it to another person and charge me for a whole side, not happening. The General Manager was the one assisting as well and seemed to care less about making a customer happy. I left without purchasing anything based on principle and the managers idgaf attitude or caring to help at all. read more

Great service, personable cashier, made small talk while our order was being prepared, suggestive sales of additional add on values, continued to be diligent in greeting both dine in and drive thru customers during service time. Stopped on our way back from Tucson, was nice not to have to go all the way into Casa Grande. Super friendly, food was hot and fresh, made to order. Please give kudos to afternoon restaurant staff from 5/21/25, store and bathroom both very clean and tidy with zero leftover waste from previous customers. This is a fairly solid Carl's Jr. location for breakfast on the road, in my opinion! We were driving back to California from Tucson and stopped here for breakfast and gas next door. Exactly zero other patrons were in the drive-thru line (everyone was at the nearby McDonald's) so we got through quickly. Even though they were out of the sourdough bread for their super yummy/indulgent breakfast grilled cheese sandwich, they were able to substitute a regular bun for me. We waited about five minutes at the window, which was worth it since the food we received was piping hot and tasted freshly made for us. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I can't speak to the other hours of the day or what it's like when it's busier, but we had a smooth and satisfying experience here. Easy and tasty stop on our road trip! read more

I find restaurants like Carl's Jr. to be really annoying and have horrible service. I'm not going to switch around and say "well this one was great" because this one was horrible. The service was bad and the food was even worse. The food was very soggy and just tasted like garbage. The MOST disgusting restrooms I have ever seen. Absolutely filthy. Every stall was filled with soiled commodes, seat covers all over the floor, waste baskets overflowing. Staff oblivious. Store was not busy. No sign off sheet that restrooms had been signed off / or checked hourly for cleanliness. A visit from the health department is warranted. I love Carl's Jr. for their grilled chicken sandwiches and since my husband has a low carb diet, they easily can make anything low carb style by wrapping it up in lettuce. Service was appalling. The counter person was in the bathroom and no one else could do her job. When she came out she had to finish a text before she could wait on us. When our order came I had a burrito meal instead of a quesadilla meal. I was charged for the burrito which cost more. Once again before she could ask what I needed she had to finish her texting. Bugers good as normal, anytime Carl's Jr or a Hardee's is around you know the foods good. The only real time you have a bad visit is the staff or cleanness of the store your visiting. The one in casa grande is Abit dated but, the food is still good. I only have one issue with all the stores is they cut there menu with the times. Plus on the east coast you have a choice of real salty country ham biscuits and from the mid West to West coast there supplies are city ham, I guess it has to do with the liberals that need to be paper thin and pasty looking to be accepted...there a joke lol....I say eat what you want as long as you like it and don't worry about fitting in...not like there paying your bills or supporting your ass when needed. read more

This is a great pit stop in between Sierra Vista and Phoenix. There is a gas station right next door and a McD's on the other side. I prefer Carl's over McD's. This one is also a Green Burrito so you can get tacos and nachos as well as the usualy burgers and fries. The staff is nice and it's fairly clean for the most part. I received the best service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant at this Carl's Jr recently. The girl behind the counter (wish I could remember her name) was a ray of sunshine. Even the other employees greeted everyone as they walked in and wished them a good night as they left. Amazing! Rude employees, sloppy food presentation, dirty restaurant and on top of that, they didn't have enough change in 3 of their drawers so I had to get $5.00 worth of quarters.
