Last week I was running late for work and realized I hadn't eaten, so I stopped here and ordered a 6-piece Chicken Stars -- not a combo, just the nuggets. I was the only car in the drive-thru and the parking lot was completely empty, so I thought I got lucky and would be in and out. Wrong. It took 15 minutes to get Chicken Stars. When your parking lot is a ghost town and it still takes 15 minutes for nuggets, that tells me everything I need to know about how this place is run. Against my better judgment, I gave them another chance today because I was craving a Famous Star. I asked if I could get grilled onions on it and was told they couldn't put whole grilled onions on my burger. I'm sorry... what? You already have onions. You already have a grill. This is literally the most basic fast food customization imaginable. The level of laziness was honestly impressive. This location is hands down the most poorly run fast food restaurant I've been to in a long time. Slow service, unhelpful staff, empty parking lot -- and now I understand why it's always empty. Do yourself a favor: don't waste your time or money here. Go across the street to McDonald's. Better prices, faster service, and the customer service is exponentially better. SPACIOUS & CLEAN! I came in to pick up some free fries that I won during the Storm's Star Wars Day and the staff were super gracious. The girl at the register inserted our free fry codes without attitude, we also bought drinks while we were at it (support your local franchises!) and got our food quickly. As mentioned, it's very roomy in here and there's plenty of tables for big or small groups. We went in on a late Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy. Hello everyone! Where shall I begin with this review. Let's begin with the sham that misleads customers to believe they are getting a great deal to celebrate Carl's Jr. 84th Birthday with a 84 cent double cheeseburger. As you will notice in the picture showing the email advertising of a 84 cent double cheeseburger nowhere does it state that a purchase is required to purchase the 84 cent Double cheeseburger. When I got to the cashier and opened my app, the reward stated my offer of an offer of 84 cent double cheeseburger with a purchase. Wow Carl's Jr. You adversities the deal in your email but intentionally omitting that a purchase must be made to get the deal. So, I tried to beat Carl's Jr. game by trying to buy a 69 cent cookie, nope, that didn't work. I was told to purchase a minimum of $3.00 or more to get the 84 cent Double cheeseburger. Again, what a sham this is Carl's Jr. Tye company failed twice! Not being upfront in the email and the redemption code didn't state that a $3.00 minimum purchase must be made. The Double cheeseburger was okay. But I would never pay $4.99 for this cheeseburger! I guess you can say it's half the cost of a Habit burger but I won't be making a habit coming back to Carl's Jr. I bought the chocolate cake in order to get the deal. I'll have to say, the chocolate is delicious! The ambiance was okay. Half the dining was closed off as they didn't want to have to clean half the restaurant. This is my only assumption. In Conclusion, Carl's Jr. still offers great burgers but they taste much better when you have a coupon on hand. Carl's Jr. need to be upfront of their intentions and stop screwing its customers with omission of information in order to get someone through their restaurant door. read more

We were placing an order through thw drive tru. Noeamie was tak8ng our order through the order voice box. After my first meal I ordered she proceeded to give my a total and I stated I wasnt finished with my order, she got snarky and said oh ok then what else did you want to order. I added some items and she asked if that was all for my order, I, again, stated no it wasn't and she proceeded once again to give me the total. I stated louder that I still had more to order and she then laughed and yelled - ok ok oh my gosh I thought you were done jeez what else did you want? I added more to my order and another woman (Gracie) came on different from the rude one and asked if my order was complete I stated yes but Gracie left the intercom on and we could hear them talking about us unkindly and laughing!!!! NEVER have I EVER encountered such rude and poor customer service not only by an employee but from a manager as well!!! I will be sure to share this experience with corporate and all social media sites. This isn't acceptable or appropriate behavior. Where do I begin.. Went in to order lunch for the family 3 Famous Star Combos with Fries, Zucchini and Waffle Fries. Late last night 7/21/2021 I drove through, and ordered a chocolate shake among other things. When they handed me the shake it was completely liquid, like chocolate milk. I pointed that out, and the manager gave some explanation for the problem. Truthfully they should not have even tried to serve that, but they did. I told them I didn't want it, and she then moved to process the refund. While I was waiting, the drive thru girl came over and started to ask me if I would like a strawberry cheesecake, or a cookie, or chocolate cake FOR MY INCONVENIENCE (emphasis mine). I thought wow, that's really nice of them to offer, and I chose the chocolate cake. She got the cake for me, speaking briefly to the manager who was still on a register processing the return, and brought it to me. This is where it gets weird. I continue waiting for the refund, and eventually they realize I'm still at the window, and the manager comes over and asks me if I needed something else. I said I didn't get my money yet, and she says, "Oh, we gave you the chocolate cake instead of the shake". I was like "Wait a second, I don't want that. I want my money back. Your drive thru lady said she was giving it to me for my inconvenience.". I offered the cake back, and the manager took it and finally retrieved my money. Don't ask me what the hell that was about because I have no idea. Maybe there was some miscommunication between them. But nevertheless that's very poor customer service. Once the offer was made, it's a bad look to go and pull it back. I went from being appreciative of them going out of their way to make me a happy customer to thinking WTF as I drove away. It just doesn't make sense. If I had chosen the 99 cent cookie, were they thinking that was gonna wash for my $5 shake? I'm scratching my head about that. Once they gave it to me they shouldn't have taken it back. Or, she could have told me that actually she's not able to give me a cake, but then offered me a cookie or a drink if I wanted. Ordered a number 12 with no tomato (they put tomato) another sandwich and onion rings (cold and soggy) with three kids meals when I bit into my chicken club the chicken is hard rubberish. I called to inform these employees that I was Unsatisfied and they made an issue her name is jasmine she had an attitude did not handle the manner professionally. So me and my fiancé order a 2 for $7 meal get home and come to find out that my fiancé bit in to the burger with a long purple hair. My fiancé has platinum hair. I called the store location and the lady or some girl answered with the worst solution ever. She answered me with, "you have to bring the Burger in" after I already threw away in the trash.
