FOOD: Unfortunately both the Philly cheesesteak and mac n cheese lacked in flavor. For entrees, I recommend ordering the pizza (only available Wed-Sun) and burgers -- they're solid! We enjoyed the Boathouse Nachos and appreciated that the chips came separately from the hot nacho toppings. SERVICE: The service was great, and our waitress even walked out to us in the parking lot with our to-go box after we forgot it inside. So sweet! AMBIANCE: The best time to come here is on a sunny day when you can enjoy the deck and view of the water. There's a park right out front, so it's very family-friendly! We also brought our puppy with us twice and sat outside. PARKING: The parking lot is quite small, so you might have to park in one of the adjacent neighborhoods and walk over on a busier day.

They even got the food out to us 15 minutes before the food was expected to arrive! As always, everything was delicious, hot, and the texture was comparable to what we get when we eat at the restaurant as well. You can tell that the staff here cares about their to go customers just as much as those who dine in. We are so appreciative about the service and quality of food that we received last night, and cannot recommend this place enough!! The cheese was very creamy and tasty. For our main course my wife ordered the Cajun pasta. She really liked the spices in it. I had the garlic shrimp pasta which I found creamy and flavorful. All in all, 3 stars from me for this cafe with the majority of the rating going to the cafe itself instead of their food/drinks. For mom and dad- this time instead of just appetizers we opted for an appetizer (garlic bread), and two main dishes: the pernil and the creamy chicken pasta. Everything was delicious. My husband took one bite of the pernil and I heard him say "oh yeah" lol. My chicken pasta was flavorful and had plenty of veggies and chicken and the portion was perfect for me to have leftovers at home. That garlic bread though-- you are not kidding around with that! It was very tasty! Thank you for the little birthday dessert, while we knew she wouldn't eat it, it was important for her to have the candle/singing experience. Then of course she made us eat it. (And yes it was also delicious.) Hope we can return on other nights both with our daughter and if ever possible for a mom and dad date night. There are many other dishes we want to try.

He ordered a vanilla latte with oat milk, while I ordered an oat milk latte with an extra shot of espresso at a temperature of 200 degrees. He also selected a ham, cheese, and egg croissant, and I opted for a bacon and cheese croissant. Regrettably, the items did not meet our expectations. The beverages lacked the desired strength; although the temperature was correct, I was informed after placing our order that they were out of oat milk and had to substitute it with almond milk. Given that we had already paid approximately $30, this was quite disappointing. Despite these concerns, we did not request a discount or refund, and we accepted the substitution that was communicated to us approximately 10 to 15 minutes after placing our order. On a positive note, the staff were very courteous, and the establishment was clean. However, I suspect that the items we ordered may not represent the best offerings on their menu. While the service was commendable, there was a notable wait involved. It would have been preferable to have been informed of the oat milk shortage prior to payment, as we might have chosen to leave at that point. Unfortunately, our dissatisfaction led us to seek alternative options, and we subsequently drove to Stockton to visit Peet's Coffee, where we consistently find lattes prepared to our liking. While we may not return to this location, I do not wish to portray it negatively. It is clear that the establishment has potential, yet our experience did not align with our expectations.

I've been here a dozen of times and one time that stood out the most was 2 days ago. All I ordered was 3 milkshakes for myself and my 2 kids (sadly my wife died 3 years ago but I knew she would've loved them). The service here was phenomenal, it came quick fast and in a hurry. They made sure my milkshake was made with pure love. The two employees that really stood out to me was Joel and Veronica they stood put like a dandelion in a rose garden. They were very sweet and kind and hard working as well. Veronica took my order while Joel made sure my milkshake was one made with great quality. 10/10 would reccomend coming here for the amazing food and service. Went through their drive thru around 7:30 this morning. Waited at their window for like 15 minutes before they even came to the window to take my money. Then to top it off they gave me the wrong meal. I ordered a number 26 breakfast meal, she gave me a much smaller meal so now she's over charged me.
