This place is terrible. I ordered two burgers in the drive-through and they told me to pull up in front of the restaurant and that they would bring them out to me. I sat there for 25 minutes waiting for 2 burgers. I was seriously about to drive away and then as I was contemplating it they came out and gave me the bag. I was scrolling Instagram on my phone and the employees startled me because she knocked on my window and said hey!! what you got?! Seriously so unprofessional! There were two other cars waiting also. I don't know what was going on but the wait was terribly long at the drive thru. Service was fine and food was fine. I was able to introduce the kids to Carl's Jr. Fried Zucchini. I've always been a fan of Carl's Jr. The food was true to form. However, the stupid other customers didn't understand the concept of pull forward to the available drive through spots to wait for your food. The two idiots in front of us just pulled up far enough for the person behind them get to the window. Two separate people did this. I don't understand how stupid you need to be to do this. I couldn't imagine being this unconcouisly unware of your surrounding or what seems to be basic public etiquette? The food was good, and exactly what I expected from Carl's Jr. What gives this a 5-star rating is the customer service that the Shift Lead (Corvell) provided. It was one of the most positive experiences I've had at any fast food restaurant. He was all about customer service (attention to detail, helping with faulty straw, and service with a smile), and it was genuine. This is the absolute WORST establishment ever. The staff acts as if they are High. My wife recieved a half filled bag of fries. When she asked to have the bag filled, the shift lead "mark", held it up like you do with a dog and said "say please"! This after they ignored her as the chatted with their friends. An experience unlike any other. Found myself thinking that I wish Carl Senior was here to see the incredible progress little Junior is making. We arrived with a group of 4 people and really did not know what to expect. As we were waiting for our Tesla to charge at the local supercharging station down the block, we decided to take a light stroll over to Carl's and check the joint out. First off, couldn't have asked for a better time, 'let me tell ya.' The sense of community at this restaurant was nothing short of impressive. Little did we know, the Carl's Jr. in Needles is notorious for its 7:30 am birthday celebrations. We were lucky enough to witness a group of healthy-aged men enjoying a beautiful carrot cake just a few tables down from us. How AWESOME! Thank to all the Jr. Carls out there, it was a blast! p.s. heard the bathroom was rough, didn't get a chance to check it out myself so maybe just avoid that. everything else was cool though. read more

We needed a quick place to stop for an early lunch after coming back from AZ. It was 10am and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. The soda machines were both backed up with dirty melted ice and soda, the bathrooms had dirty toilet paper all over the floor, full bathroom trash cans were sitting in the hallway, and the ketchup dispenser was completely empty. We went on our way back home from a river trip and stopped in need of some tasty grubs. Walked in and it was way cleaner than we thought it would be due to the ratings. Damion was a great help to our grandsons Zacharieth and Johannes (not twins). He was so attentive and super helpful and kind when they were ordering. They get scared sometimes and he made them feel very comfortable and even brought out the food to our table! Food was delicious and hot, great meal. Only complaint is the ranch was very watery and the bathrooms could use a little more maintenance. The sprite was spicy and burnt my girlfriends throat, but she liked it. read more
