Sadly, you have to pass a 2-line checkpoint where even if you already placed your order on a mobile app, you must wait in. I have been here 10 times, and 8 of those times, I have had cars that arrived after me somehow jump cars in my line, because my line was slower. Not only that, but the staff members walk up the line toward the entrance, which bottlenecks their entrance/exit, creating a dangerous traffic hazard. Meanwhile, the actual drive thru has room for 15-20 cars, but mostly unused because of this method.

But the meal with two sliders and fries, I believe it's $15. That's a nice discount for bundling the items, but sometimes I only want a slider. Slider alone should be like $7, not $9.

The lady accidentally put an extra burger patty, and the manager wanted to make sure she ripped it open stuck her fingers in there just to pull it out to throw it in the goddamn garbage. Now the whole outside of the package is full of guacamole the whole burger is ripped apart. The onion rings you get five onion rings for five dollars that's a dollar per ring. I have the smallest drink. It's a kid size this came to almost $17. What can improve you ask. Fire everybody and rehire some people that really want to work here. I started working here when the place opened up. I was 18. I am 63 now. This place has almost 0 stars and zero customers. I can see why this place isn't very popular around here. We call them Hardee's on the East coast. Two combos and one sandwich for $30? The chicken. Sandwich was small and reminded me of a frozen chicken patty that had been beaten to death before it was breaded and fried. The menu is hard to decipher. The fries and zuchinni fries are okay. The drive thru guy/order taker almost forgot to give me one of my sandwiches. I could tell, before checking my bags, that there was no way all of my food was in there. I had to ask the gentleman and sure enough he had another bag for me. Won't be back. Doubt I'll ever go back until it's at Hardee's read more
