Person taking my order was illiterate, incompetent , and something straight out of mike judges idiocracy. He kept on insisting that we ordered 30$ worth of stuff, because it was late, and he probably thought we were high, but we were sober. Finally got the western bacon cheese, and the onion rings were stale had no bacon! Got the majority of my food. But Because i work fastfood, i can understand when employees are very busy and forget to add the items i order, but it was 8:30 pm, and there was nobody in the drive through, and only 3 people total inside. I even peeked over and saw the Drive Through order screen to find nothing on it. Erick, was the name on my receipt, so i'm assuming thats who served me. He forgot my cookies and my two orders of fries and drink. I was in a hurry, and i should have remembered that these things happen and checked my bags but i really didn't have much time. Not only this but i tried calling to ask about the issue and they didn't answer the phone, the five times i called. Sadly, none of this is dramatized and, once again, as a fast food employee i more than anyone should understand why they messed up my order, but because the cashier was essentially just talking to his co-workers i am completely dumbfounded as to why he could forgot such major food items. What is wrong with everyone that works there. Every. Single. Time. Not even exaggerating, they manage to mess up my order. I don't eat meat, and my husband is vegan. How hard is it to understand BEYOND MEAT burger? I'm disappointed and many never go back to any Carl's. Ever. We don't eat meat for religious reasons. Im vegetarian, my husband is vegan. When my husband asks for no cheese or mayo, he finds it in his beyond burger each time. When I ordered beyond meat I got real meat. Employees need to Learn to read or get their ears checked. Would you give pork to a Muslim or a person of Jewish faith? This is not just the worst Carl's Jr. on the planet. It is the worst restaurant on the planet. I am allergic to caffeine, and therefore need to know the brand of root beer I am ordering. The brand was not clearly displayed at the drivethru microphone. I could not get an answer to the simple question, "What kind of root beer do you have?" The answers from the guy taking my order were more like grunts and ranged from, "Yes, root beer" to "Large, medium, small root beer." Every time I eat Carl's Jr., I instantly regret it. The meals are like 1500 calories each...and taste great for the first few bites, then you're carrying a brick in your stomach for the rest of the day. This particular Carl's Jr. is near my house, so it's convenient...and it's open 24 hours (drive-thru only), so it makes for some great middle-of-the-night drunk food. But NEVER, NEVER eat it while you're sober. The staff here is fine, I guess, but they're dicks about letting you order from the drive-up window if you're on foot. I've tried walking through a few times, and it's a no go even if there hasn't been a car for an hour. They won't even let you through at night if you walk in formation with four people and pretend like you're driving a car... I think if your customers go through that much effort, you should at least give a few drunks some Big Carls right? read more

Went through the drive-through and couldn't understand the employee taking my order because another employee was blowing into the microphone really loud to the point where it hurt my ear. I asked the girl what that was and she replied: "crazy coworkers", so I said she should tell them to chill out! I pulled up to the window and paid. I'm sorry to be such a hater, but someone's gotta get the short end of the stick. I'll be honest, I was mad because I wanted to go to a nice dinner and ended up here instead. I usually don't complain too much about fast food places- they definitely serve a purpose, so much that I normally don't review them. I didn't want to eat anything because it smelled funny and the air conditioning was turned down to 40, or at least it felt like it. The people totally screwed up the order and gave the wrong food. The french fries (the only thing I ordered) tasted like deep-fried shoe laces. In fact, I only ate 15 of them- 15 deep-fried shoe laces. Very slow service at this Carl's. Any time I've gotten a BIG CARL it's been put together so poorly it falls apart within two bites. I've gone in there are six or seven at night, not that busy and it still takes 14 minutes to get myprety simple order.
