Yo. I'm a huge Carl's fan but this is the best experience I've ever had. Aaron was incredibly friendly to us from the second we started our order. Then 3 hours later, I got jealous of my boyfriends chicken stars so we went back again to get some. Aaron was still on duty and he was on even better round 2. So this place used to be my go to when I got out of work late but I'm pretty much done with this location. For $12 you can get a sloppy burger with old lettuce with fries that are completely raw. Rude, went there on New Year's Eve ... Waited in line for 30 minutes, which was expected at this time. However, when I approached to order, I asked if they were serving breakfast, a man came on the speaker and said, "NO BREAKFAST!" I then asked what time they started serving... No answer... the employees here are overwhelmed for whatever reasons so food and service suffer. you will need extra sauce for your western bacon cheeseburger because they will serve it nearly dry. they step on their coke until it's nearly flat. the vibe is rather unclean. everything is lukewarm or just either side of it. at least they serve misery 24 hours, handy for those tumbling out of ireland 32's across the street after last call. read more

We go here every once in a while but our experience this last round was awful. We went through the drive through and Manuel "helped" us. We asked him if there was anything in the dollar menu and he was very short in saying "no" without offering other suggestions. Took forever for them to help the people in front of us. He had ZERO customer service skills and was ridiculously rude. He swiped my husbands card and said it was declined. My husband told him to swipe again as his magnet is really worn,but Manuel promptly interrupted him and said "do you have another form of payment" without even attempting to swipe again. We handed him my card from the same account and it worked. We mentioned that doesn't make sense and he again cut us short and said "call your bank don't talk to me." Manuel should not be working with the general public and should find something more isolating. We asked for two double sliders, and yes I can understand how that can be confusing because they have double patty sliders, however when we tried to explain what we actually meant the worker continuously said, while still not understanding what we were saying, that if we wanted two more he would have to charge us for them...again understandable and we said no thank you. He still insisted that he heard what we said and after trying to tell him to just forget about it he told the chef to GIVE us the two sliders. I dont want to give a horrible review, because looking on the bright side the staff was calm and communicative through my little hissy fit. That said, I offer a suggestion to management to look into what's up with their computer system. Got home to find a few items from my order missing. Ran back to the store (without a receipt) to get them, but had to pay AGAIN because I didn't have the receipt, and their computer records implied I was not charged. Let's also just point out the implication that I was lying or wrong in this whole thing. Ran home to get the receipt out of principle and frustration, ran back to get reimbursed as the receipt proved I was in fact not given what I ordered and paid for. Again, staff was calm and as nice as they could be considering they whole-heartedly believed they were right and I was full of sh*t. But $44 should be PLENTY to get fed without this hassle, and 45 minutes later Im left annoyed, hungry, and behind at work over two stupid missed fish filets. Do not get the chicken strips here. Although the chicken strips meal is the most expensive thing on the menu, and the commercials say it is handbattered and made fresh, this location makes them beforehand and just heats them up when you order. They come out like rubber. Really terrible to bite into. After sending an email to Carl's Jr. corporate to express my disappointment in my meal (like I said, it's pricey for fast food) I was first told to go back, find the manager, and let them know I was the person who complained about them (I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that), then I was asked for my address so that they could mail me coupons. Either the management is in on it or they should be because I've been going here regularly for years and for the past two to three years there is always a large burger missing from my order. The Franchisee is losing money by its employees theft. I use to Area Manage 24 stores of Domino's . I dealt and found ways that employees would steal from their stores and fire them. This store is being stolen from blindly, but on a whole different level. So I went to Carl's jr. here numerous times in different vehicles, be it my own, lyft , uber etc.. Every time I would order a couple of items and every time, the items that were mass produced ahead of time for lunch rush or dinner rush, would be missing. They would then say that the manager was not in until the following day to have you deal with your order, please bring in your receipt. I thought maybe its just my dumb luck. So I had a couple of friends do the same thing, and wallah they were missing ordered items too. Well, 90% of people won't bring in their receipt the following day because they are busy and then they forget about it. So you say how is this truly stealing? When you add up about 40+ people a day jipped on food,thats a lot of money starting to add up, especially if the food is paid for later in a meal, instead of the special which is 5.55. This is well organized because that means those shift leaders who do the close outs, account for the overrages by converting them to the cash sales. They then save that money until the end of the week, or distribute it on a shift lead basis. The franchisee never knows because the waste reports don't show any lost food, except for the once or twice someone comes in to claim they are missing an item. There is an expected waste amount per day so that makes things look normal. So lets say its 40 people per shift that get stiffed for food. That makes 80 people a day, at 2.00 per sandwhich average stiffed thats 160.00 a day, at 7 days a week. Lady's and gentleman 1120.00 a week. Probably split between about 12 employees that equates to about 400.00 a month of extra take home cash. $4480.00 a month out of the Franchisee's pocket. When I use to catch people at the domino's and made them stop. You'd see shops that were barely scraping positive suddenly make $5000.00 a month profit. This has been over the course of a year that the continual theft has been going on. I ordered a burger at the drive through and when I got home (2 mins away) I found that the bun was stale. Let me clarify. It wasn't just stale, it was hard as a rock! When I went back, the manager took the wrapped burger and put it BACK on the service line!!! My HACCP and Serve Safe Training could not be contained and I blew up. I walked into this Carls Jr early in the morning to get me some good breakfast before work. I got tired of McDonalds across the street so I decided to give Carl's Jr a try. From the minute I walked up to the front desk, one of the workers welcomed me and kindly waited in the cashier until I was ready to order. This is the worst Carl's Jr I have ever been to. I go there regularly and would usually order the exact same thing but they constantly got my order wrong . It's almost like they do it on purpose. I pay for guacamole on my burger they put about a teaspoon of guacamole on their. I ask for grilled onions. I can neither see nor taste ANY grilled onion whatsoever. I ask for extra vegetables and they put the same amount they usually put until I complained about not getting my extra vegetables so they put about half an onion on there. The lack of diversity amongst the workers is also questionable. They're extremely unfriendly and the people in the kitchen are always peeking out to see who they're cooking for. It's very uncomfortable. When you complain to the cashier he speaks to the kitchen people in Spanish and they all laugh and give you weird looks. Tonight the fries I received looked like they were cooked days ago, left under the heating lamp for several days and then refried. Not only were the fries terrible but they were out of pickles. Really? Ignore any reviews that say anything positive in regards to this location because it is definitely a fake review. I really can't say enough about how terrible this place is..If I could give less than one star I would. The employees there never seem to get my order right, and this last time they took my money and forgot about me entirely. When I asked for my food I was met by blank stares. When I did finally receive my order it was a disaster. Additionally, the dining area always seems to be filthy. I finally realized that it made no sense to continue to spend my money where I receive poor service and unappetizing food.
