Arrived in a Saturday afternoon and the place was fairly quiet with fun retro music overhead. We ordered and didn't wait long before our burgers were delivered to the table. I had the guacamole bacon single and my date the Famour Star single with cheese and extra pickle. Water only and no fries. Both burgers were great, lots of onion and lettuce. Extra pickles as required and mine had a nice spiciness that built up as I enjoyed our meal. Staff might be a little more cordial and smile but overall a good experience. read more

Wow. I've never eaten at a Carl's Jr. before. I forgot to bring a lunch to work, and since this is the closest place to my job, I ended up going here. GROSS. I looked at the menu, and was surprised at how many calories each burger was worth (several were over 1000!), so I thought "maybe I'll just get a chicken sandwich". Well, I went ahead and ordered the "hand breaded" chicken sandwich, and went back to my work. I sat in my car, and opened the thing up... WTF? There's SO much mayo. All I could see initially was a giant glob of mayo. I pulled the bun off, and literally had to use half of the napkins they gave me to wipe 80% of the mayo off the sandwich. It was kind of amazing. Also, there was ONE pickle on the sandwich. Just one. I regrettably ate the sandwich, and I don't know if it actually made me feel sick, or I was just psychologically affected by it, but my stomach started to hurt about 20 minutes later. Not my first time here as I work close by. I always have a long wait, and most of the time it doesnt make sense because it doesn't look very busy. Today is the last day I will go there. When I ordered there was one car ahead of me and I dont think there was anyone waiting inside. He got his food quickly and left. Once I placed my order and it was my turn to wait at the window, I was there for probably 10, 11 minutes. He apologized for the wait, which would have been nice to hear DURING my wait. I see a lot of complaints on slow service and they weren't wrong. It was extremely slow and only 2 people in front of me. The only reason I didn't give less stars was the employee was super apologetic for the slow service. My food was fresh and delicious! I stayed at the holiday inn next door and been here a few times and noticed service isn't bad in the morning, just in the afternoon. I'm officially fed up with this place. I'm usually not one to think to review a fast food place, but when 9/10 times they screw up my order then proceed to give me nasty looks when I take it back to them to correct. I'm never rude to the employee's so why must they feel the need to be rude when I didn't get what I asked for? Whether I'm inside, drive way, morning, evening or night, it never fails. They miss a specific order, they give me something entirely different, or not even listening to my order. Example 1: Drive-thru at night are always so frustrating. The gal there never actually listens. If my boyfriend and I go to order, after we tell her the first meal, she tells me my total and says "see you at the window". I've never had to yell at anyone at a fast food establishment to stop and listen to me. Yet still manage to miss somethings on my order. Are you kidding me? Example 2: I had ordered chicken strips inside. Cashier asked what sauce I wanted, I let him know. He placed my meal in the bag and handed to me. I shouldn't have trusted that he grabbed the sauce, but I did. When I got in my car, I noticed it wasn't there. I casually went back in and said "Hey can I get buffalo sauce". He rolls his eyes, tosses it on the counter and passive aggressively says "Here you go mam". AWESOME Example 3 (Today): I had asked for the Green Burrito with streak. I get back to work to find just a normal burrito. No green sauce. NOTHING. I paid $7.89 for a normal burrito. My advise: Check your meals before you leave and prepare for potential bratty employee's. I would give this place zero stars if I had the option. First, they gave me the wrong burger which I didn't realize till I got home. Second and more importantly, they forgot to add the burger patty. How do you forget that?! I called and spoke with the "manager" who said he would put my name on the list and the next time I came through I would receive a free combo meal. I was so excited when carls jr first opened in wilsonville. I have loved their food for years. That being said I am no longer willing to go there in the evening. The last few months they have disappointed me to many times. Worst Carl's Jr. I've been too. Bad service. I went to the drive through on my lunch from work and it was slow. Then the guy ended up charging me for another persons order. However, at the time I didn't realize it because I was in a hurry. I noticed later when I checked my bank account that he had charged me 17.56 for a 9$ meal that I ate. To find a fast food place on a highway that is clean is amazing. Finding good personal service it's even hard and they seem to have nailed both! Great job guys! Food was great! I don't understand why it is so hard it is to make something that is clearly on the menu. I'm from the south and have really missed the ham biscuits you can get at Hardees. I was ecstatic that Carl Jr's started to offer a pork chop biscuit. I've been there twice and ordered one without egg and cheese both time (can't eat either). This morning I even asked Zachary to ensure there was not egg and cheese on the biscuit. He gave me the biscuit and said it was a plain pork chop sandwich. Guess what? EGG AND CHEESE - I know going through the drive through is asking for the order to be wrong - but come on - I asked twice at the window and was told it would be correct. Maybe the morning crew should spend more time getting the orders correct then dancing and playing around in front of the drive-through window after making me wait almost 5 minutes for the wrong order...... So bad, I am never going back!!! I called them within a couple of minutes of leaving the driveway to tell them the fries weren't even warm and then I also noticed the Diet Coke I wanted was a coke. I understand mistakes can happen but when I called to complain because at this point my whole meal was ruined they want me to bring the coke and fries back to them. I am not turning around and going back. So they want me to keep that coke and fries and bring it to them on a different day. I haven't ever heard such a thing. We work at Audi Wilsonville. The only fast food restaurant near us is Carl's Jr., but nobody from the dealership (135 employees) goes there for lunch., due to bad service, bad attitude, And rudeness of shift manager Selena. Today I visited this place and totally agree with my fellow co-workers. The worst Carl's Jr. in the country! This would be my last time I went there. I got deathly sick from grilled chicken sandwich was only think I ate all day about hr later I was puking and on tolit for hrs from 4pm to 1am I must of thrown up 50 times I couldn't even keep water down it was horrible- I called to report it to the restaurant but no one answered either the chicken was bad or not cooked. We went there around 430pm today. Food was great as always but the reason for my one star is that there was this really rude guy who worked there. He was short and had spiked hair. Anyways so I go up to the counter to ask for a fork for my burrito cause it exploded everywhere. So he gives me such a dirty look. He looked completely annoyed by me. So went back finished our meal and I asked my husband to go up and ask for a to go bag cause my kiddos didn't finish all their food. So my husband goes up to the counter and the guy still had that rude look on his face and he hands my husband a small to go bag, when my husband asked for a bigger one he grabbed the small bag from my husband throws it on the counter and get the bigger bag. However, 9 times out of 10, they give me a diet Coke, when I never say "diet." I CAN'T stand diet soda. Happened again just now, but I caught it before I left the drive through. I have learned to check before I leave. However, along with the incorrect drink, they gave me a tiny regular cheeseburger when I ordered a big cheeseburger, which I didn't catch until I got back to my office. The tiny cheeseburger didn't come close to satisfying my hunger and getting rid of the shakes I was getting due to lack of food. So basically, they screwed up my entire order and I'm still friggin' hungry. Tried to call the supervisor on duty to complain, but they were "busy" and I was told to call back in 20 minutes.
