I hit up numerous auto body shops and got various quotes. Todd gave one of the most reasonable estimates right off the bat. This was all via yelp photos and videos. When I was deciding between a couple of places that also had great reviews and similar initial estimates, I decided to bring the car in to some shops so they could give me firm numbers on what the cost would be. It is hard to evaluate the extent of the damage just from the photos. As expected, the initial photos I sent didn't do the damage justice and the quotes I had received on yelp were all increased. One place DOUBLED their initial quote. However, Todd's quote only increased to a few hundred more plus he was the ONLY one to fully explain why the change and exactly what work was required to repair each bit of damage. I take pride in my ability to read a person and Todd gave me good vibes right off the bat, that were solidified as we talked more during the drop off/inspection. As a woman going into an auto body shop it's easy to be dismissed as someone who knows nothing about cars and would have zero idea if they were being ripped off or taken advantage of. I did not worry about this at all with Todd! He was not playing any games, and he made it super clear he is just someone who genuinely loves cars and treats his work on them like an artist would a painting. The car came back as good as new (truly haven't seen it look this good since I bought it 4 years ago). While I hope to not need any further work done on my car, I will 1000% be returning here if I do!!

My car spun around one and a half times on the freeway before crashing into the center divider with so much force that it practically split in half. The freeway was shut down, and the officers told me I should not have survived. No exaggeration--the first person I called was him. I work in Lancaster and live near Woodland Hills, and he took care of arranging the proper specialized tow for my electric Mercedes EQS all the way from Lancaster to my home. At a moment when I was terrified, shaken, and had no idea what to do next, he made me feel safe and taken care of. The best comparison I can give is that he is like a great doctor with an exceptional bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and skilled, but just as importantly, he is calm, compassionate, and trustworthy. His pricing is extremely fair, he remembers his clients and their family members, and he never judges you when your car is embarrassingly messy--he understands what life with kids looks like! I knew they were going to have to take the door panel off and that it wasn't necessarily the easiest little fix, so I was genuinely shocked that they were willing to do it for free. They were so accommodating with my schedule that day, got me in quickly, and had everything done in about 30 minutes. I literally begged them to let me Zelle them something for their time and they repeatedly refused. People like this deserve to be recognized. They were genuinely kind, honest, and helpful when they absolutely did not have to be. They have a customer for life with me.
