Geico referred us to get our car repaired here when it was hit while parked on the street. Initial appointment went well, people were friendly. I asked the lady to take down my husband's number to contact as I work 13 hour shifts and service in the building can be somewhat spotty. They told us the estimated repair date was the 15th. Got a call and a text on the 15th letting me know the car had been ready since the 9th. Looking back through everything, I had not been contacted by them. No voicemails, no texts, no emails up until the 15th. This, of course, means that we've unknowingly been racking up "rental" charges for almost a week now. When asked why we weren't contacted, it was insisted that they left us a voicemail. When told we never received one, the response was "Well I don't know what to tell you." If you didn't get in contact with us on the 9th, wouldn't you call us again the next day? Knowing that rental fees were accumulating? If we leave you two numbers with instructions to call a specific one, why wouldn't you? "Cause if I already called one number, why should I call the other number?" The woman we were dealing with, an apparent Geico representative, was unwilling to help resolve anything and tried to push blame back onto us. Please don't give these guys your business. We had to pay a large deductible when our car was hit while simply parked, now we owe twice the deductible in rental car fees for a car we didn't even want. Zero stars if I could. read more

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from Carman Ford. Mike Kurul was my sales associate and he was very easy-going and excellent to work with. As I was not familiar with the MyFord Touch system, he reviewed all of the features and and how to operate the system in the most efficient manner. He made certain that I was comfortable with the system functionality before I drove off. In addition, he reviewed all of the other features of the car, particularly those that have changed or were upgraded, since I purchased my previous Focus in 2009. At no time did I ever feel pressured by Mike or the sales team. Considering the volume of formal paperwork that accompanies a car purchase and related financing, I was in and out of the dealership in a reasonable amount of time. Overall the sales and finance experience was excellent as always. This was our family's 12th vehicle purchase or lease from Carman Ford over the past 22 years. The vehicle (MX T) we first observed, was immediately appreciated by my wife even though I had ideas for something possibly different. Dan, was very understanding of my plan to research other brands (Cadillac, Infiniti and Mercedes) specifically and, was able to share clear knowledge regarding the differences between each as it related to what I (we) were looking for. The salesman took time to sit and make sure I was comfortable with and understood all the features of the car and even when it took extra time to activate the Sirius radio in the car. He sat with me to explain everything even after the dealership had been technically closed for almost 20 minutes. I left there with a car that will be cheaper on gas, cheaper to insure and with cheaper payments than my last car which cost more from another dealership. I was satisfied with my experience of buying a car at Carman. As always the price could have been a bit better! The finance guy was extremely nice and personable, he gets 10 stars!!! . Of the two salesmen that helped me during my experience...one was very nice and helpful. The other was nice....but a bit pushy. I was there on a Friday night and told him I could not purchase the car that evening due to other obligations, but that I would be back on Saturday to finalize the deal. Even after telling him this..he still pushed to make the deal that night. That was a bit of a put-off for me. And because of that I hesitated to return the next day.
