I've been coming to this salon for a while now. It is by far my favorite in the area! It is not only beautiful and elegant inside, but everyone working is so pleasant and great at what they do. Every picture inspiration I bring has been matched or exceeded to the tiniest detail, or sometimes I let Mikey work his artist magic and I get a beautiful surprise set like this one here I have received so many compliments on this set, and it's one of my favorites as well. I had an appointment and they kept me waiting for 40 minute. I left with no pedicure. Needless to say, I will never return.

I have had services here a few times. Mikey and Jennifer are great but today I had a pedicure with a very sweet woman but she made a mess of my toes. My nails where cut crooked & she was not gentle. In fact , she sanded them and caused bleeding and this is the first pedicure I have ever had that instead of it being relaxing it was very uncomfortable. Since I am going on Holiday I can't go with crooked toes so will go elsewhere to get it fixed. Have heard Tina's in PG is good. I'm bummed as this is much closer but feel some of the people aren't skilled enough. I feel bad leaving this review as they are the nicest people! read more

My daughter and her mother in law each received a $100 gift certificate, purchased by phone by her sister in law, for Mother's Day. My daughter had her nails done and was told that "someone had already used the certificate" and there was only "$50 left." The owner/manager of the salon was rude and absurdly adamant that somehow my daughter "forgot" she had come in previously and already used the certificate. I went back with my daughter to help her explain again (she brought screen shots of the Venmo charges as well as text confirmations) and witnessed a truly ridiculous interchange where again, the manager rudely refused to honor the certificate and claimed the certificate had already been used. I don't know whether they're scamming gift certificate purchasers or whether they're completely incompetent, but what is very clear is that they're rude and have zero regard for customer service. Obviously we will never return. read more

Just finished getting my nails done by Brandon! I've had the worst luck finding nail artists but I got lucky today! He's incredibly detailed and caring about his work. I Did not feel rushed in and out like I have in other places.. he checked in multiple times to make sure I was liking the shape, length and if I was comfortable . if I was local I'd definitely have him on retainer! read more

Not at all satisfied. Not only did I have to wait an additional 20 minutes from the time I was told to come in, I felt like I was rushed in and out. My nails are not the same shape and size, there are air bubbles, there's chipping of the dip powder, and they are rough like rough sides of my nails. I had a manicure and pedicure. They were polite, efficient and very friendly. The gentleman that answers the phone took my appointment information quickly and was very accommodating. The service was wonderful. Just as I requested and to perfection. They are extremely reasonable. Very clean and sanitary. All products were open in front of me. Called ahead to see if they had an opening and they said to head over and yet when I arrived I was told there was a 15 minute wait. After the 30 minute mark of me waiting, they sat me where I was sat in cold water for my feet and wasn't helped for another 10 minutes. A 40 minute wait and they acted surprised when I decided to leave. Please go elsewhere. read more

Mikey, I appreciate your response. I want to clarify. I do not blame the woman who gave me the pedicure. I have her a $15 tip on a $60 pedicure. I believe the error was created by management and therefore the technician should not suffer. I should have realized right away that something was amiss. She never asked me what nail color I wanted and she never looked at me. The first thing your technicians do is ask for nail color and despite the language barrier they've always tried to be nice. Just not this time. I think because she knew from the beginning that she wouldn't be finishing my pedi/mani. She left me and sat down with another client and left me there with cold towels on my legs. I would rather have been told you couldn't do my pedi and I would've come back another day with no hard feelings. Language is a poor excuse. This was managements error and responsibility. read more

Thank you for taking such good care of me and my nails. I'd gotten a nail dip at another salon in HB that was beautiful but time for repair. We were on a six week camping trip with no nail salons close by. Except! One week into the trip I could stop into CN&S. Great!! Taking off the dip was so well done and my clean buffed nails look great! Beautiful Pedi! Thanks! I was at this salon a couple weeks ago while visiting and got a fill. The service took way beyond the time it should've which whatever that's fine but my nails were all wonky and not symmetrical at all. I didn't complain at all and I still tipped to be kind. Well my nails have been bugging me so I just went and had them removed at my local salon and a few of my natural nails are green. I have never in my life gotten a fungus from a salon and I've been getting my nails done since I was 15. I'm very upset about this. read more

This is the best nail salon in this area. I get a full set every few weeks and this place makes my nails perfect every time. Mikey, the owner and nail tech, is unbelievably nice and great at his job. I'm not coming back anymore. I came in separately from my friend who I usually come in with this week, and we got the same thing done (a pedicure and a dip manicure removal). I went in Thursday evening and got a gel pedicure which is $55 and a take off of my nails which supposedly is $15. By the end I was charged $85, before tip. My friend came in Friday evening and graciously they stayed after closing to do practically the same thing for her a regular pedicure ($45) and take off ($15). For both of us when they took off the previous dip they cut, shaped and, clear coated our nails. She was charged $55. I'm not really sure why I was charged an extra $15 considering I was there while they were open and I WAS a reoccurring customer. I'm very unhappy, also the dip manicures were getting sloppy, so time to try my luck else where. EDIT: For some reason now they are communicating with the person I typically come in with telling her they did gel polish on my hands when this is FALSE. She used the ultra fast drying clear coat, and NO LED LIGHT (which is necessary to dry gel polish) since it was not a gel clear coat they applied. I'm sorry you're bummed, but I can assure you, you are not as bummed as I am. I had considered still coming for just pedicures bc of the sloppy French tips and dip jobs but after all this I don't think I will. You can get a pedicure anywhere. read more
