The owners are incredibly kind human beings doing their best to lift others up by promoting other local growers, makers, and farmers as they create some truly phenomenal dessert and savory products alike. They're communicative, clear on timelines for holiday orders (keep an eye on their IG), and always an absolute pleasure to do business with. We've made special orders for just about every "food holiday" in recent memory. Mildly obsessed with their key limequat pie (and I don't even usually like key lime- theirs is so custardy and has the best parts of citrus without being overly tart), dutch apple, magic bars, lemon bars, and pecan pie. I came across the booth with a very nice person Ms Melanie Satterlee she had cookie's for sample....I took on bite and I could not believe how amazing they were....if cookies can be hyper flavorful and creamy these are them...She explained the high quality natural ingredients she used...these cookies well......they are like a hug from your grandmother or your mom. The flavors are amazing, wonderful texture. I am sold on how great these are.....and Ms Satterlee is very creative she can set you up with cookie party favors, wedding favors.....actually giving a friend one of these cookies is doing someone a favor. Wife and kid didn't care for it, but I enjoyed that novelty flavor and the quality of the ice cream. So many more flavors were. Such a cute area, overall relaxing atmosphere in the Tin City lol. The first thing that hit as we entered the store was the smell of waffle cones! Wife immediately said we need to get waffle cones. Friendly young folks helped with samples and order. Got a cone to share with salted brown sugar & wife always chooses coffee. Both were delicious, creamy, superb quality, and very easy to digest, lol! Even my kid who usually doesn't eat regular ice cream went for the waffle cone with a cookie flavor and he ate it all by himself and loved it! He did not eat any other ice cream during spring break, and he still wants to have this sheep milk ice cream again. Something about sheep milk is just gentler on the body. Should have bought the kid Negranti again on the way down from Paso, when passing thru SLO. Oh well, if don't come back to Paso, maybe will have to get him if we ever go to Phoenix, AZ since I found a location there of all places! If can set up all the way in Arizona, please bring this down to the LA/OC area! Better yet, sell it in the markets, so I can pick it up in Walmart to keep my kid happy!!!

It was a little "icier" than traditional ice cream- but still super creamy and the flavor (mint chip) was so delicious. Helpful staff and super clean inside.
