She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without making us feel rushed. She really made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. The inside was really nice too. There was a lot of cool artwork throughout the restaurant that gave the place a fun and unique vibe. Great food, great service, and a really nice atmosphere. After standing in line for about 10 minutes to place a to-go order, we were suddenly told we could sit inside after all. We put our name on the waitlist for a table, but it ended up getting given to another party -- seems like there was some miscommunication among the staff. Thankfully, we were able to place our order while waiting, so the food came out shortly after we finally got seated. The space was small and pretty crowded, especially with other conference attendees also stopping in. I ordered the Big Gritz Breakfast -- 2 wings, 2 catfish, eggs, and a waffle -- and it was excellent. So good and filling I needed a nap afterward. The staff were genuinely apologetic about the mix-ups and even gave us free waters on our way out, which was a nice gesture. Between the food and that effort, I'd still swing by again if I'm back in Vegas -- just hoping for a smoother start next time.

It was warm enough to eat, but not hot. The ribs were meaty and tender. The wings were crispy but could have used more seasoning or a sauce. The greens were cooked well, still had some bite and had plenty of meat which I liked. The corn was simple but I wasn't expecting much. My husbands catfish was good and he liked his Mac and cheese.
