They must not care about their employees because the management team sure does not care much about the customer. People like Marcus, Wyatt and Adam have been incredible helpful, even when they are unable to find an item, they always try. It is the management team, people like Anna and Theresa that make me never want to step foot in that store again. Where is the care? Example: I go to this Safeway 3 to 4 times a day to shop and then deliver for customers. When I cannot find something and 10 minutes goes by, I stop and ask for assistance. (I get paid per order, not by hour so this is painful, but I try not to bother anyone). Anna, specifically, walked me over to help me find a product. I appreciate this, however, Instead of asking what product specifically I was looking for for my customer, she led with, "what are the substitutions?" I am shopping for a customer right now and I am not interested in substitutions until I can at least get help to find the original product. I then showed her the product and she continued about the substitution. I have been in customer service for 25+ years and I just can't even wrap my head around not wanting to satisfy the person in front of you. Anyway, she would not stop suggesting finding the substitution and talking over me. When I approached how I do not want to look at substitutions until we at least look for the original, she said she didn't like that I showed her the phone to show her the actual product and then told me good luck and walked away. I am leaving this review in hopes that there may be some training on how to deal with finding original items that the customer is asking for instead of suggesting a substitution. I also want to put the guys that are helpful and kind on blast: Thank you Wyatt, Marcus and Adam!

This Safeway really is in the perfect location considering the population pocket in Snoqualmie, and…read morethe amount of transient traffic that runs by there. Heck, it's my go-to for pee breaks when driving to Ellensburg, or to Snoqualmie Falls. The store is stocked like any other Safeway, but is also very well maintained. I grab a refill on drinks and snacks when passing through, and they have an embedded Starbucks, but doesn't everybody!? My only small line gripe is the parking lot. It's a little tight getting in and out of there, so be cautious! Otherwise, whip out your Safeway card and shop away!

I went in for milk and bread, and as I was entering the store they had an end cap of Valentines candy 50% off. I grabbed 2 bags of kit kats and a box of Welchs valentines fruit snacks that were also located on the discount rack. I went to check out and the price she told me was more than I added in my head. I then asked her if she gave me 50% off the valentines candy? She said no the welchs wasn't on sale and asked rudely where I got it? I told her they were on the same rack as all the candy and that there was a bunch of valentines Welch's over on the end cap discounted. She then said I'll take 3.50 off very rudely like I'm trying to steal these fruit snacks. I was walking out returning my cart inside the store and she followed me and then again asked me where I got those Welch's fruit snacks? I pointed to the end cap and she basically was calling me a liar. I did call the manager and he wasn't at all surprised with her behavior. I ended up looking at the receipt and she charged me full price for the Welch's fruit snacks. I guess you win some and lose some. I will never ever go back to this store again. This woman apparently needs to retire or have her working in the backroom, she shouldn't be around the public.

You will go along the Oxbow Lake on one side and apple trees on the other. After that path, you'll get to the farm where small vegetable, pumpkin, and sunflower patches are. Everything is so cute! The most interesting part is the conservation tent is. Super big and full of baby plants. Amazing! Just don't touch anything :) They grow a lot of flowers too. They have tomatoes in another tent. There are activities for kids such as painting pumpkins or scavenging hunt. You can also have lunch at the tables and buy cider from them :)

Barely felt cool and we heard water dripping in the butcher area... I'm glad we didn't need any meat from here, I'll say that. Prices are STEEEEEP here!
