    King crab leg/claw
    Carin ..

We were visiting Fall City, stayed at an Airbnb in North Bend & wanted to find some fresh seafood. We came to Fall City Meats & Seafood and picked up some of the most delicious New York strip steaks we've ever had. Came back the next day for halibut & a king crab leg & claw, which the shop said was harvested by F/V Time Bandit of Deadliest Catch fame. The fish was outstanding! We also picked up some salmon dip, cold smoked halibut and candied salmon. Incredibly delicious and fresh. Highly recommend this shop! They also have organic dairy products and game meats available.

We were excited to have a new meat & seafood market in the area so we went to check it out on a Sunday. Wow- really nice market- lots of variety & selections- we decided on some crab cakes & cod cheeks & a couple of pig ears for our dog. The crab cakes were delicious- lots of crab & the cod cheeks were amazing- we love halibut cheeks but we'd never had cod cheeks & we're definitely fans now. The staff were all friendly & very helpful with tips on how to cook everything. Oh & our dog loved his pig ears. We'll definitely be back to try more of their meats & seafood.

Grossly over sold use and didn't appreciate the 3% credit card charge on an over $350.00 tab. Won't be going back there.

You can choose from a variety of fishes as well. They were pretty fresh and yummy. The guy working there was really nice. He had a lot of advice and suggestions. The place is literally a fish market so not a dine in place. Parking is ample. Otherwise, it's pretty quiet and calm. The stuff is sometimes pricey but when they do deals like this, it's worth it. Will probably be back for their sushi and sashimi special as well.

But the lunch omakase special is what I really wanted I think. But even so. The poke bowl was mixed. I have to unfortunately knock off the stars/taste because the rice I got was literally the worst rice I've ever had touching raw fish. The rice was like hard and stale. I even had a clump that looked like it was the burnt part from leaving it on the cooker for too long and it couldn't bite it. I know this place is for the fish, but there's a bare minimum expectation on rice quality. And the fish itself was good? Maybe cuz it's the poke and not the omakase (so mixed chopped pieces) but there were pieces that tasted super fresh and delicious and then there were pieces that had so much tendon I couldn't bite through it. The folks there were super nice and friendly especially since I had no idea what to order. Just wish I was more delighted by the meal, especially cuz it was like $18 poke bowl. I'll give it another try with hopes it's better next time.

In short We haven't had this kind of shopping around here,…read morelet alone focused in one store. This is where you get the super-nice meat and fish that supermarkets and big-box stores don't have. And their house-made fish dips are amazing. In long It's a little strip mall by the Speedway that would be kinda sleepy except for the drive-through coffee line constantly forming around the whole building. E&O have the end unit. You walk in to a shelf full of solid-value wines, mostly local, aimed to pair with whatever you might take home with you to cook. The ceilings are high, and the walls and floors are all spotless white. No decorations, very little merchandising, if any. There's a long butcher case on the left full of all kinds of crazy treats. Prawns the size of bratwursts. Steaks, roasts, different fish. They skip most of the stuff that supermarkets carry and focus only on more-specialty stuff. Their stock is either a nicer version or it's something that's unavailable elsewhere. You do pay for quality like this on some of the stuff, but if you're cooking a meal you're really looking forward to, the value makes it reasonable. Not everything is expensive, either. They had fresh lemons on the case for 40% less than the supermarket up the street. They had reds, whites, bubblies, and pinks in the wine section with every bottle under $20. And those fish dips, man. I'm surprised they don't sell out by afternoon every day. We had wild salmon and black cod dips before dinner last night, and both were fantastic. They're very well balanced, so maybe you could add hot sauce or fresh herbs to taste, but we've had them several times and never felt compelled to tune them up. The dudes behind the butcher case have decades of industry experience, and they couldn't be nicer, more patient, or more helpful. I love shopping here.

Absolutely top of the line quality. You will want to come…read moreback over and over again. Also the owner Chris is amazing.
