Recently they changed their pizza and it is just not edible anymore. The last two times ordering it has been very underwhelming. Skimpy toppings and last night half of my family got sick. I don't know if it's a new sauce or dairy (cheese) in the pizza but it's definitely a no go for our family in the future. (Our order included cheese, pepperoni and combo). I wish they would go back to the original pizzas but in trying to save costs they changed their pizza and it's just no bueno.

So I went this morning asked if they could wrap the hydrangeas and the worker paused for a minute looked at my bundle and told me yes for a fee of two dollars. I didn't mind spending the two dollars. I just felt like she was really rude about it so after I checked out and I paid I went to go talk to them and I told her how I was not charged before I was just surprised about it, but I was willing to pay the two dollars and she said we have always charged. I said well I wasn't charged she said we always charge as if i was lying and she just kept arguing with me and keep in mind I feel like I was trying to be friendly in the beginning and she just had this rude demeanor to her so I already knew that she had a grudge against me and I already knew that she was charging me for the flowers so I told her that's fine. I'm paying the two dollars. I'm just letting you know I wasn't charged before then I said you don't need to be rude about it and she said that she wasn't being rude, even though she was! Not going back there for flowers ever again her name was Adriana.even her co worker was looking at her like you're being rude.

I like to get my beer here at they always have good inventory and reasonable prices, much cheaper than the beer caves at the local liquor stores. They also have a fresh Bakery which smells delicious, as well as a deli counter and rotisserie chickens ready to go. This store has it all from frying pans to propane tanks. The only issue I have is they never have enough people working the registers, but they will call for help when it backs up. Customer service is the backbone to every business, some will pay more for upgraded customer service!

First impression was similar to the Asia market on White Lane, maybe less cluttered, more like a small supermarket. Walking the isles I didn't see it. To make sure I asked a stock clerk. He was friendly, hadn't heard of HP Sauce but walked me to where it might be. No luck. I didn't want to leave empty handed so brought an apple soda in a clear plastic can shaped like an aluminum can up to the register. I guess they took those earlier negative reviews to heart. The cashier, a man in his 40s or 50s, was so friendly. Joking with me in a dad joke way then gifting me a little morsel on my way out. I'm sure no one else gets treats, I was wearing my cervical collar, pretty sad looking. They have a lot of different foods there. Great produce. Just don't count on finding much British food.

They have a vast array of what are exotic groceries compared to other markets. I love to just peruse the isles when I'm there. I wish they had cooking classes. It would be interesting to learn how to use ingredients I'm not familiar with. I highly suggest a visit. You won't be disappointed.

The store is clean, organized, and well-managed, which makes every visit enjoyable. It's rare to find a grocery store that delivers such great products and service so consistently. Pounds is a convenience store/Shell gas station that always seems busy because of two reasons…read more First of all, it has a great location & not much competition in the immediate area. Secondly, it sits on an okay size lot, but doesn't have more than six pumps for gas which leaves limited space for parking. Due to being near oilfields, a good amount of service trucks frequent this store, so the parking situation can be tricky at times. Other than that, no major complaints with the establishment. Great selection of liquor/beer/soda for a quick grab on the way home, and of course a few select staple-type grocery items are available. They have more to offer in the way of groceries than a standard 7-11, which is nice if you need to pick up a loaf of bread or something for lunch. They actually used to have a Smith's bakery counter within about 9-10 years ago, and I miss it from time to time. I believe they still have a meat counter inside, but they have done some remodeling in the last year or so. I tend to pay at the pump, so don't quote me on that counter. They have had the same owners for many years, and they are a nice family...
