I've been going here for years and years, even though it is quite expensive it's AMAZING. Every time I want pupusas I only come here only, if you are arguing about how it taste, just taste the revueltas! After trying a few different spots for pupusas here in Moval, these are by far the best I've had. They are a good size and only $3.50 each. I definitely recommend this spot for pupusas, I haven't ordered anything else but if these are so good I imagine the rest can't be bad. The pupusas are made to order. It takes about 15-20 minutes but that's a GOOD thing! They come out stuffed wide and fried to perfection. I highly suggest this place, cash only so be prepared but you get charged after so you have about 15 to 20 minutes to get to an atm if you forget haha read more

Yayyyy, I saw a video of a guy making pupusas on Facebook with his grandma and I had to have these! It was my very first time trying pupusas :-) I took the advice of other Yelpers and ordered over the phone. The girl taking orders warned me that they had a lot of other orders ahead of me and gave me an extended pick-up time of about 25 minutes. I gave them an extra 15 minutes & when I arrived, my order was ready, packaged and still warm when I got back home. I didn't even get to take a pic, because I was STARVING! Ordered 2 of the revueltas (with pork, cheese & beans.) It wasn't over-stuffed and the perfect amount of filling for me. I love pickled veggies, so the curtido/cabbage slaw it came with was OK, but it lacked flavor, I expected it to have seasoning or more of a vinegar kick. I was quite disappointed. Authentic older lady cooking up a storm in the back and food took 25 minutes to prepare. I thought it was going to come out so good! Got home and was less enthusiastic. Curtido was awesome. Beans were creamy and yummy. The pupusas were dry and the mesa was too thick with a little layer of cheese and loroco. There wasn't enough hot sauce and curtido to fix it. Ive always wanted to try a pupusa but everytime ive seen one they look too thick and doughy i change my mind. Today, i decided to try one here, and i think i just might be hooked. the dough was soft yet crunchy and the sauce to go with it tasted like one of the sauces ive made at home. The pickled cabbage was on the bland side but good enough..maybe so it wont overpower the pupusas. i had to order two more to go so i can introduce my neighbor to them..and get him addicted too! i will definitely be back..theres so much in the menu i have to give a shot at. The nice lady owner is real nice too. THE BEST AUTHENTIC SALVADORAN FOOD IN THE INLAND EMPIRE! This little hole in the wall is a Salvadoran gem. The woman who owns this restaurant is the only one who makes the pupusas and she makes them to order, which is why is takes a while to get your food. The portions are pretty hefty, I can never finish a whole burrito. The pupusas are the best, served piping hot with melty cheese and chicharron oozing out of the handmade tortilla, a little curtido and salsa de tomate. So good. They also have ensalada de fruta, it's a fruit water drink and it's a like sipping straight from heaven. It gets pretty busy on the weekends so try to order 30 mins ahead it's just one woman making pupusas and waitresses putting the orders together. So remember it will take a while to get your food. It's fresh and handmade so it's worth the wait. Also, they only accept cash, the liquor store next door has an ATM if you don't have cash on you which is pretty convenient. This place is a hole in the wall, there is nothing wrong with that sometimes that's where you find the best food. The food gets two stars, it's ok. The reason I gave this place one star is because 1- they take way too long, I called in my order and the lady said it would take 45mins, it took one hour and a half. 2-The service gets no stars, there is no customer service whatsoever, you have to ask the lady questions about your order or else she will just ignore you, its like they are doing you a favor. 3-The smell of Raid is really strong, you do not smell food, all you smell is the Raid. The first time My husband and I came to this place, we were very confused on to why were they taking forever to bring us our food. Little did we know, there is only one lady in the kitchen preparing the food. When we got our food, it was worth every second we waited! We haven't been here to dine in since then, but we do order by phone and pick up. This place has amazing pupusas! When I was younger I never was a fan of pupusas, I guess that's because they weren't as good as the ones they have at Taco Chiro. The tamales are also really good. My co workers and I order quite often. If you decide to dine in, I recommend to place your order by phone like at least 30min in advanced, by the time you get there the food will be ready and you won't have to wait like we did the first time. Pretty sure this place has been here for over 20 years. This papusaria is OK. The papusas really didn't have much in them. Taste though comparable to if you were to walk into the average El Salvadorian home. The place on Perris was a bit better when they opened but after new management things went downhill. Popusas are amazing!! Yes, you do have to wait quite a bit to get them just because she makes them once you order them but the wait is definitely worth it! They are so soft and just delicious. You have to try them out yourself. The lady that helped us was really nice. A must have is the fruit water. It has pieces of Apple and it tastes like pineapple. This review is based on Customer service alone. The cashier was rude and made me feel as though they were not interested in my business. I had heard good things about the food from a co worker and decided to give them a try. I immediately noticed that all the tables had not been cleaned, but my order was to go so I let it go.
