Always the best. I tried to go through my home protection warranty and they are such a joke. So I called Carnes and the phone receptionist is so sweet and helpful. She said someone would be at my home from 10am-2pm to help with a stoppage. The technician arrived at 10am on the dot. Quickly evaluated the problem, made a plan and fixed the stoppage in less than 30 minutes. He was kind, friendly and very professional. I highly highly recommend this company and will def call them next time I have an issue (hopefully not too soon though ) Also the cost was not bad, he snaked the drain pipe and the main access point and it was $150 out the door. We called this company because our regular plumber retired and he recommended them, well I could not be more unhappy with the service. When they arrived yesterday afternoon they did not give any kind of estimate on a clogged kitchen sink. The plumber and his helper were here for about an hour and cleared the blockage by snaking from under the kitchen sink, I wasn't expecting the price to be overly expensive, when he told me I owed him $250 I was shocked to say the least. Then last night we noticed that the bathroom shower had black residue all over the tile by the drain, I kind of expected that because it it on the same mainline as the kitchen sink he worked on earlier that day. This morning the shower would not drain at all so I called the office and the lady said they would they would come out again today. They got here around 11:30 and went to a clean out in my bedroom closet ( of all places) and used a smaller snake to clear the drain in about 10 minutes, when he was leaving he said that this clog had nothing whatsoever to do with the work he did yesterday and that he was going to be nice and not charge me again! Needless to say this company WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO MY HOUSE EVER AGAIN!!! read more

ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY A TOATAL RIPOFF. Had a few minor problems , two guys came, took a few seconds to adjust the inside of a toilet, looked at a sink and stated that it needed new hardware, spent about 35 minutes fixing a leaky toilet utilizing plastic parts that cost the no more than 10 dollars. I made the mistake of not asking them what their services will cost. He gave me a bill of 200.00. Never again..be careful, always ask what its going to cost before you engage their services. read more

I have used Carns for 40 years to service my sewer drains. Mr. Carns would stand by his work. Unfortunately the new owners do not have the same ethics. Bernie and his staff did a very poor job in installing a clean-out for my sewer line. Within a few months roots were growing into the joints that they created in the installation. They refused to correct the problem without charging me $1,200 to fix the problem that they created! I found another plumber who dug up the clean-out and it revealed the most unprofessional job ever. He repaired their work for half the cost ($600). Shame on you guys! I recommend staying away from these folks. read more

He has stopped leaks in our home and business. He has also installed commercial sinks and stopped leaky pipes at our business. Hard to recommend a plumbing company but karns rooter is a solid company honest and fair .

The gentleman who came out looked at what needed to be fixed, gave me a quote and was right on. I wanted to change out a faucet and he recommended I get a better quality faucet, since the really cheap one I purchased in the past doesn't usually last a year and would leak again. I thought that was pretty amazing because as far as he would be concerned he could have simply made more money and not told me anything. I would recommend their honesty to everyone. read more

These guys were great. They fixed a very tough clog on very old plumbing with no problem. They understood the issue, assessed the problem quickly, and were in and out in a flash. 08/17/2020, We have an older Home, my Husband childhood Home to be honest. We have been using Carn's Rooter for about Five Years. Once a year we have to have our line cleaned out, sometime more often. Today was that hoping once a year cleaning. I called this morning at 8:15 am, by 11:30 I had a Plumber at my House! Stay away from this guy... Walked straight into my house without discussing his price to install a toilet. Stupid me, I assumed that it was so easy a task that it would constitute an easy price. Instead, he charged me $150- the same price the ****ing toilet cost. His invoice is purposely unreadable so that he could stretch his services in rooting out my drains to drive up charges. Having a rental property there, it's hard to be there when service calls are needed and they make me feel as if I can trust them with the repairs I've needed without being present. Amazing experience. Called exactly 1 hour ago, and the techs just left. I had a slow drain due to buildup, downstream of the kitchen sink and washing machine which was backing up the kitchen sink. Since we're in an older house, the lines are smaller and susceptible to clogging easily. They arrived within 40 minutes, were polite and friendly. They cleaned the line and were done in 20 minutes. I have used Carns Rooter for the last several years and it pays to have a professional complete the work. I got tired of hiring handyman doing work on my house with Home Depot products that would not last. I was referred to Carns Rooter by a friend of mine who used to own a plumbing supply business and told me to call Bernie.
