Sean and everyone else we worked with were very nice, but their work ended up being awful. They were supposed to fix a small portion of floor, 2 cupboards, 2 drawers, and paint the kitchen and trim. They began work, but part way through we had to take a break because I went into labor and had a baby. After a short recovery, I tried to contact Sean to come finish the work. We emailed, texted, and called Sean and he kept apologizing and having excuses, telling my husband and I he would get back to us, but then he never would. Then Sean stopped answering our calls or emails. We mailed a letter and received no response. We then sent a certified letter, which he never accepted and was returned to us. They took all of our insurance money to fix the kitchen, but did not do the floor, did not paint at all, and never finished the cupboards (part of the fronts were not put on and no handles). Also, BOTH drawers they made broke a short time later (both drawers slides broke and on one drawer the wood was cracked) and my husband had to fix them. None of our other drawers have had any problems in years of use. We gave up trying to get them to come finish the work as the quality of work was so bad and aside from taking legal action, there didn't seem to be much else to do to make them complete the work we paid them for. We also never received our money back. Worst experience with any contractors we've ever had.

I could not believe all the build up in my dryer vent!! They even discovered a problem in one of my ducts in our crawl space that a previous company could not. That could have been a serious issue if not fixed and they were able to fix it at no extra cost.
