After having a water leak at my house I took the advice of State Farm and called ServePro. Since State Farm had recommended their sister company and save the hassle of multiple quotes, I went with them. The bill was just over $2300. When they called for payment they told me I needed to pay the balance that my deductible would go towards ServePro. On 3/15 State Farm called me with good news that they just saved me over $1100 because Carolinas Restoration had over charged me. The Adjuster was upset with them because they had two rates one for the insurance company if they paid and double if the homeowner paid. This week I'll have someone else come out to verify that they did do the repairs exactly like they were suppose to or if they cut corners.
