Unfortunately, this experience was completely different. Our appointment felt extremely rushed. Dr. Farve spent very little time with us, barely went over the situation or our concerns, and seemed anxious to get out of the room. We were told she had two emergencies she needed to attend to, which I completely understand, but the lack of communication and follow-up afterward was very disappointing. At the appointment, we were told that my husband needed a biopsy and that Dr. Farve's office would call us to schedule it early the following week. The appointment was on the Friday before Labor Day. By Wednesday, we still had not heard anything. Because his primary care doctor is concerned about the possibility of cancer, we were understandably anxious and began calling the office for answers. Unfortunately, our attempts to get information were met with attitude and very little help. We were eventually told that we needed to call Radiology Ltd. ourselves to schedule the biopsy. When we called Radiology Ltd., we were told they were actually waiting for approval from Dr. Farve's office before they could schedule it. Then today, we received a phone call saying that the treatment plan had changed. There was no explanation of why it changed and no call from Dr. Farve or a medical assistant to discuss it with us. Instead, we received the information from a receptionist who repeatedly said, "I can't explain it. That's not my job. I just have a note from Dr. Farve." I understand that medical offices are busy, and I understand that emergencies happen. What I don't understand is leaving a patient and his family worried about a potentially serious diagnosis and then providing virtually no communication or explanation when the plan changes. The biggest issue for us isn't that the treatment plan changed -- it's the lack of communication, follow-through, and compassion throughout the process. After this experience, unfortunately, I would not recommend Dr. Farve or her office, and we will be looking elsewhere for my husband's care.

Left the parking garage! Under 30 min is free. Back to the front door! Valet it is. Waited in line approx 5min. O'! Look! There's a sign that says " Free valet!" Would have been nice to see that at the entrance. The young man that administered the test was very knowledgeable he was very nice and he was very gentle. They could have given us more detailed directions on what to do and not to do or what to expect from this test. Overall it was a good visit but the parking sucks!

We were seated in a hallway, and my husband tried to revive me. He couldn't leave me, for fear I would fall out of my chair. Thankfully, a nurse soon came up; she tried to revive me, and when I did not respond, she moved quickly to get me into a room. No heart attack, but an artery had flattened, and my BP was extremely low. Dr. Joshua Paree was there, and my husband was very impressed with him. He moved quickly, knew exactly what he needed to do and did it. I began to come around while they were working to stabilize me. I received the excellent care I have come to associate with TMC, and I am very grateful. So many nurses, but I remember names of only two: Jenny and Miguel. But all of them were so efficient and so kind.
