They understand that their success hinges on a great customer experience, and after seeing the positive reviews on Yelp, I decided to give them a try. With the holidays coming up, we decided to have our carpets cleaned and were a little concerned we were not going to get anyone to show up in time. However, I reached out via the Yelp page for a quote, and within an hour got an email and follow up call from Jeff at their home office. Not only were they going to be able to do the work within a week, they gave me a few times to choose from and let me know each step in the process. Once confirmed, Jeff called me the day of the appointment with a head's up that someone (also Jeff, and am guessing his son) would be arriving within the hour at the appointed time. When he did arrive, he was polite, took a look at the space and provided an overview of the work he would be doing while there. It was impressive to me how important it was to Jeff that I understood what was being done, and also asked if I had any questions. About 3/4 of the way through the work, Jeff called me to make sure I was satisfied with the work BEFORE he finished. The carpets looked great and he quickly finished the work and cleaned up after himself leaving nothing but clean carpets with a cool pattern in his wake. Jeff shared some last minute instructions to ensure the carpets dried and offered to come back if we had any additional needs. We are keeping Jeff's card and will very likely call Carpet Tech Solutions for our future needs and be happy to refer them to anyone of our friends and family that need the same. A really good experience with Carpet Tech Solutions - I had them clean an area rug along with 2 bedrooms, staircase, hallway and closet. After a quick call with Jeff (owner) I had a quote and a date the week following for cleaning. Here's what I liked the most: - they called the morning of my cleaning to reconfirm and give me and ETA for arrival -Jeff Jr. is a very courteous and professional young man - he got right to work -He called me over half way through to show me how it was going and explain exactly what he was doing in case I had any questions or concerns -he tied off the hoses so they wouldn't move around and used corner guards so nothing was rubbed by hoses as he worked - I paid what I was quoted up front. These guys do GREAT work. They just returned an oversize area rug that was dirty and deeply stained. They cleaned both sides and then had to reclean both sides again, for the original price. Fantastic. Highly recommend. I was embarrassed to have them come out because my rug was so bad with dog urine. They cleaned the spots and got most of them out. They also did my ceramic tile and I thought they did a fabulous job. However they did not so they actually came back out and did my tile again. Come to find out my sister uses them also. Jeff just cleaned my carpets and I am astounded at how great they smell. We had cats and dogs who marked my carpet- I tried buying my own carpet cleaner machine, I tried pressure washing my rug - but with no viable result. Jeff cleaned all the smell out! Probably the dirt too - but my rug was mostly black with brown. Now the wonderful smell is gone (I'm sad), but there's still no pet smell! Now I'm considering having him do my couch too. And they did a thorough job with deep clean, shampoo soil and stain removal with a bacterial rinse and with odor neutralizer and hot Steam. It is Not just steam cleaning like many carpet cleaning companies offer out there. And carpet tech is very reasonably priced. No surprises afterwards. I recommend Carpet Tech Solutions for your carpet cleaning needs. I called on a Monday morning hoping to get service that week. They came out Monday afternoon. They were on time and did my entire house in a little over two hours. We let the carpet dry for about 24 hours even though four hours was recommended. My carpets are crisp like they were just installed. We had the antibacterial rinse done and I feel the carpet are cleaner than they have ever been. Jeff got right to work and did a fabulous job.
