We have used large brand name carpet cleaners in the past and have always been disappointed with the results; stains that come back when carpet dries and edges that never came clean. Carpet Wiser literally made our 20 year old carpeting look like new! They treated stains and they didn't come back when the carpet dried. They have specialized equipment that allows them to do deep cleaning (not just surface cleaning) and clean the carpet edges where they meet the wall completely eliminating that black line along the edge that never gets clean. They even did some repair work on a heavy traffic doorway where the carpet had receded, stretching the carpet to make it look like new again. They scheduled our cleaning within a week of the estimate, and came back the day we called to have them touch up a small area. The crew was so nice to work with, helpful, polite and considerate protecting doorway corners from their hoses and hanging a heavy plastic drape to keep out the chill from the open doorway that they brought their hoses through. 5/20/2017 I have owned rental properties for over 13 years. This is by far the best carpet cleaning company you can work with. Victor and his team are true and honest professionals. He and Gustavo arrived exactly on time and ready to go. They clearly explained exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. During the walk through I asked them about stretching an area of the carpet in the bedroom where it needed to be done. They were able to adapt and add that into the plan with no problem. I had to run some errands during the time they were working so they gave me a call 20 minutes before they were done. When I arrived the carpet looked wonderful. Any and all dark spots / stains had been removed and the carpet was stretched perfectly so there was no bump in the carpet anymore. Cost wise, I believe they are competitive with anyone else out there and the quality of work far surpassed my expectations. It's really simple. Carpet Wiser was absolutely fantastic! I have tried several other carpet cleaning companies over the years and have never really been all that impressed. We were about to make the decision to get new carpet but decided to call and try Carpet Wiser. Victor was incredibly friendly and very accommodating for appointment times, he was excellent to work with! After the cleaning, the carpet was in better condition than it was when I bought the house 8 years ago (we upgrading to the deep clean with the agitator since have dogs)! I needed the job done on short notice, and Victor delivered, within 24 hours of my call! I have approximately 4000 sq feet of carpeting in 9 rooms and four sets of stairs. When it looked like the job was a little bigger than they expected, Victor called another team to my house. Carpets cleaned beyond what I had expected! They also did a great job stretching the carpet in my home office. The tenants who rented my house had two large dogs, so there was a lot of pet hair and urine. I have been a landlord for the last forty plus years and have used dozens or carpet cleaning companies. There is no doubt in my mind that these guys are the best in the business. First they use a truck mount system not a weak portable cleaner. They also use these carpet buffer machines to deep clean the carpets and for really bad carpets they even break out the hand held scrubber on a drill. They can patch and repair any carpet I give them. Renters don't every take care of carpets so when they move out they are always in the worst condition and every time they have been able to save the carpets and save me money on replacements. This company was absolutely fabulous! My carpets were terrible and now look like I had the carpets replaced. Raul and his partner were on time and efficient. They even took the time to fix an area of my carpet that had shifted and needed to be readjusted. I am sure the "big name" companies would never have done that. What can I say. What don't they do, after this record amount of rainfall my basement finally yielded and started flooding. They came in and not only do they remove the padding, clean the carpet, spray for bacteria, removed all the drywall base trim and dispose of it as well. I also had them take my rugs and clean them as well. The water damage was quite extensive but I'm glad we caught it in time. They work with my insurance company to process the flood damage claims. I called Carpet Wiser on the recommendation from my cousin who has used him many times in the past. He came over to clean my two bed rooms, hallway, staircase and living room. He brought out this machine that I have not seen the other carpet cleaners' use before. It looked like a buffer shampoo machine for carpets. After he was done scrubbing the carpets he then came back with the hot water steam cleaner. The carpets came out great. read more
