I was in a bind and needed my 2 wool rugs cleaned ASAP. Very pleased with Carpet Wizards service. I used to use Cleaner One but now use Carpet Wizard. I called Gus on a Tuesday July 3rd and told him I needed an entire house cleaning for my property that I am listing for sale. I only had one free day that he could do it and it was Friday the 5th. He said he could do it and would be there at 7:00 am. Friday the 5th came and sure enough the 2 man crew was there. They did a great job explaining what they were going to do and asking me to point out any spots. They took their time on the heavy traffic area which I learned is the key to getting a good job. When they packed all equipment, my wife moved some furniture from its original spot and noticed an area that wasn't done. That was our fault because we had the furniture there......No problem, he unpacked all of this equipment and then went upstairs to clean the spot, no questions asked. Don't let the moderate accent foul you over the phone. When I called it didn't seem highly professional, and needed someone right away. When the crew showed up I realized I was totally wrong. Overall I was pretty happy with the service. They came out and did the free estimate as they said they would, and was accomodating to my schedule when setting up the appointment. The price was a little higher than I expected, but my carpets were in pretty bad condition, so it was to be expected. They did arrive late, but they called to let me know, and I was okay with it. Not every spot came out, some could still be seen a bit. They were honest about some stains not coming out, but they would do their best, but afterall even though they are wizards, they can't do magic, so I was pleased anyway. read more

I have used Carpet Wizards three times now, and each time they do an amazing job! I have two cats and one large dog. I also have house watched three more dogs on occasion. And these are not small dogs, one being 150 lbs, one 125 pound Rott, and another 100 lb puppy. You want to talk about a whirlwind of destruction, this is it. One time they stayed, they completely destroyed the back yard, and tracked mud all through the house and our beautiful carpets. I placed a phone call to Carpet Wizard on a Saturday morning. I spoke to Gus, the owner. He promptly scheduled for that day. I had to cancel and rescheduled for that following Monday. Gus, the owner promptly arrived at 9am. My carpet has been stained with pet urine and feces. After seeing the disaster I presented him with. Gus told me, honestly, that the job was more than he expected. He gave us an estimate and i was thrilled to accept. Gus, the owner proceeded to do the work himself. He took approximately 2 hrs. to complete the job. He showed his work, proudly, I was shocked and awed!! The carpet was off-white once again. I have used many well known carpet cleaners and the work Carpet Wizard did in comparison out weighed the competition. I purposely waited a month after the job was completed to see if it was done correctly. To this day there is no odor, and I am proud to have my family over once again. Amazing work. We had both our carpet stretched and cleaned and the we were happy with the work and was very very reasonable in terms of price. He was readily available.
