Nothing against them, but I needed a bit more of the professional touch to match instead of a generic sample. I walked in and it seemed pretty relaxed and quiet. The two employees were sitting at the desk and I did t get an initial greeting. They were on the computers and I immediately thought, there's no customer service here. I should go! But then one of them said hey! How can we help you. So, I lowered my guard. I explained what I needed and he introduced me to Paul. He was the man when it comes to paint and other needs Paul was super cool! He was professional, engaging, and definitely an expert in the paint department. He gave me some really credible sound advice and helped me out to do the best paint match he could. He had really solid customer service. Not what I expected when I first walked in. Although I never imagine Napa being a place to go for car Sevice and help. Now I know. Although, I am so used to going to AutoZone and Kragen. I would love to make this location my go to for car and automotive parts that I need when there's attention to detail needed.

I had an outstanding experience at O'Reilly this evening, when I went in flustered after being…read moreinformed by a neighbor that my right brake light was out. Me, being a pretty tech-savvy gal, pulled up a few YouTube videos on how to change the brake light, and down to O'Reilly I headed. Once there I picked out the light bulbs I needed, and was greeted by Alejandro at the registers. I asked him to verify whether the bulbs I selected were compatible with my car model, and he went and picked out ones that were more affordable and also fit the model of my car. He was then kind enough to guide me on how to change the bulb and ten minutes later I was on my way with both brake lights working. I can't thank him enough for the help he provided. As an essential worker at a hospital, I am so grateful to have people like Alejandro available to assist us during these difficult, unprecedented times. Thank you!

My son has 91 Acura and we needed a clutch plate, a simple thing most of the time, except, Acura made a spline size change mid year and getting the right size has been a non-stop hassle. Forget trying to explain it to some kid who barely speaks english, or getting them to keep trying because they mis boxed the part (Common for this particular thing). Enter Youngs Autoparts. First up, Larry does the natural thing a real car guy would do, He gets out the calipers and measures the old spline. Then the girl behind the counter (I can't remember her name) tripple checks and orders the part. all while a little country music is playing and conversations are going on Even with that, the part is wrong... Enter Scott, who CALLS ME BACK!! Tells me, I'm gonna double check the next box that comes in and keep double checking till we get the right part. He says " this has to be a mis-boxing of the part so we'll just keep on it" Sure enough second box comes in, same part numbers, different part. I know I've been 5 staring things quite a bit but that's only because I don't think to YELP unless I reallly Love / Hate something. I was frustrated -- I had just driven 25 miles (about 30 minutes) specifically for this appointment. If a scheduled service can't be honored, customers should be notified before they make the trip. What made it worse was the complete lack of concern or effort to help resolve the situation. I walked out fully intending to call corporate and leave a negative review -- but then something changed. Another employee, Brandon Pascacio, noticed what happened and literally came after me in the parking lot to ask how he could help. I explained that I simply needed the alignment I had scheduled. Brandon asked me to come back inside and assured me they would take care of it. Because of Brandon's professionalism and customer service, Wheel Works ended up earning nearly $1,000 in business from me, including an alignment-for-life package, new tires, and additional repairs. He completely turned the experience around and is the reason this review isn't one star. From my understanding, the employee who initially turned me away was the manager or acting manager. If that's the case, Wheel Works seriously needs to reevaluate who is leading this location. Poor customer service and dismissive attitudes are exactly why businesses lose customers and damage their reputation. Brandon, on the other hand, is the kind of employee who builds loyalty and keeps customers coming back. The only reason this review is four stars instead of one or two is because Brandon stepped in and completely changed the experience. Without him, Wheel Works would have lost both my business and any future recommendations from me. Update: If you're looking for Brandon, he's moved to the San Mateo location on El Camino.

The customer service over the phone was so good dint even try to call anywhere else! They were very busy and even then they got my tire done within 90 min! Definitely a great location! I arrive at the store about 10 minutes early and am able to check-in right away and hand off my key. They finished the work sooner than expected and contacted me. This was what I expected the first time. Everything seems to have been done right, so happy with the results. For this visit I would give them five stars out of five. But because my time was wasted the first time (and was completely avoidable) I am giving them a score that is the average of the two visits. I held off on providing an update as there was an issue with the TPMS sensors that took a while to resolve. But this turned out to be a Tesla thing and unrelated to any work that this store did.

I was scared and never experienced this before. Very very unsettling, and I immediately started calling around for help. After contacting several places, including visiting Costco in foster city with no avail, I was told that many locations didn't have the tire size I needed. My vehicle has 18-inch rims...not common to carry. Finding a replacement wasn't as easy as I expected. Thankfully, this shop was extremely helpful. Not only did they have used tire I needed in stock, but they also took the time to walk me through my options and provide recommendations for future tire replacements. The front desk lady was super kind and friendly, very helpful and I appreciated her support. Very refreshing to have a memorable kind interaction. I appreciated her very much during this scary moment. What stood out most was how supportive and helpful everyone was throughout the process. They answered my questions, called me back with updates (their inventory and finding solutions), and genuinely made me feel safe and taken care of during a stressful situation. I felt they CARED. When you're dealing with something that directly impacts your safety on the road...and limited options due to it being 6pm with many local shops closing...that level of customer service means A LOT. I was able to leave with the used tire I needed and return for the future replacement they ordered for me (new, exact, and with warranty for 50k miles). Their team went above and beyond. What spoke most to me was their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made all the difference. Go with them. I'm incredibly grateful for their assistance. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and caring service.
