This place was pretty good when Erick was employed here, but now he's gone and so is the customer service. I will not be returning as I was quoted a ridiculous price for parts that I found elsewhere for considerably cheaper and the same quality. Customer service representatives should try and make customers happy, especially on the phone. This place is a JOKE!!!! They set you up on a corp acct with a sales rep that doesn't know anything about the job. Should have been a 12 month deferment and wasn't set up that way. Sent to collections were acct was paid in full. AJ the "Manager" advised my employee of an unpaid bill and sent him on his way. Had to come into their shop and was then told we had a balance again, demanded to check the account again and POOF!!!! no balance. Therefore, they had to honor the warranty and give a new battery. I called AJ later in the to find out what exactly happened and he got defensive and wanted to cut me off telling me he has proof of this account not being paid back sometime last year. But that it was their error/mistake they gave out wrong info. BEWARE this place has ZERO customer service skills and is very rude and disrespectful. read more
