Party of 5 on Christmas Eve, we came in around 7:00pm. We called ahead and waited under 10 minutes to be seated upon arrival which was nice. We knew to give the experience some grace since we were going out on Christmas Eve. It wasn't as busy as we were initially expecting. The calamari appetizer was good. The food in general was good enough, what you'd expect from an Italian chain restaurant. It was the service that was lacking. Between lack of knowledge and initiative on how the kitchen was functioning that evening (there was an "out of mashed potatoes" for 20 minutes issue), taking 4 out of 4 orders then coming back over 10 minutes later to finish taking entree orders. It was just an interesting experience overall. I'd go back again, and give it a shot when it's not holiday season but I don't think I'd become a regular. read more

My wife and I went to this Carrabba's after not having been to one for several years. The food and service were excellent!!! We had the Calabrian Wings, Calamari, and the Buratta Mozarella and Tomato Caprese for appetizers. Our entrees were Beef Short Rib Marsala, and Shrimp and Scallops ala Vodka, with sides of Sausage and Lentil soup, and a Caesar salad. Desert was Tiramisu and an Espresso Martini. We went there for fathers day. We spent 125.16 for two dinners. There was a family that was seated in front of us that took up two tables and a third for ten children. The children did nothing but make noise and run around and were not maintained by the parents. The staff did nothing to bring this to those parents as they were ingrossed in their own conversation and did not pay attention to the children. The staff should have been considerate to the other diners that were in the room, but they were not. Next time we will have to consider other italian retaurants in the area. Thank you! read more

We love steakhouse restaurants when we're in that mood. But in NY I learned Italian Restaurants have some of the best steaks. And Carrabba's has those steaks. Perfectly cut and cooked and a lot of side choices and soup or salad. For a side you can get a choice of pastas and broccoli and they are all crazy good. We had 2 dinners and two sangrias for $85 before tip. Next time you want a steak go Sopranos style. read more

My wife and I visited Carrabba's for our "Date Night Sunday." We ordered from their "Dinner & Dolce 3-Course Dinner For Two" for $49. I had the Soup of the Day, which was Italian Sausage Soup, and my wife had Mama Mandola's Sicilian Chicken Soup. Of course, we had the server load them up with fresh grated Romano cheese. Both were delishish. I tried her soup but my soup was too spicy for her. For our entrees, I had the Rigatoni Al Forno and my wife ordered the Chicken Marsala with the Garlic Mashed Potatoes. After sitting for a few, we indulged ourselves with the Sogno di Cioccolata (Chocolate Dream). Everything was fantastic and it could not have been a better Date Night. Date of Visit: July 12, 2025 Location: Carrabba's (Exact Location Withheld) Yesterday, I traveled from Goodyear to this location to meet with friends who live nearby. We arrived around 3:50 p.m. The parking lot was nearly empty--only four vehicles, including mine. Upon entering the restaurant, we were immediately hit with a strong sewer odor. I mentioned it to both my friends and the hostess, who responded, "We'll burn wood." I bit my tongue, but my first thought was: how about fixing the issue instead? We were seated, and our waiter promptly came to take our drink orders. I chose the blood orange margarita. It was just okay--not much alcohol, and not particularly memorable. He then asked if we'd like bread, which caught me off guard. I thought, "Aren't we at Carrabba's?" It felt as odd as being at Olive Garden and being asked if you want breadsticks. I even commented, "Well, I'm not at the Port Charlotte, Florida Carrabba's." I ordered the calamari and asked if the tentacles could be removed. The waiter said they come prepackaged but that he would check. I also requested the creamy Parmesan dressing with the calamari. Shortly after, he brought us all salads. I was surprised--I hadn't ordered one, but assumed maybe it was included. I took two bites and immediately tasted a strong fishy flavor in the dressing. I've made Parmesan dressing myself with anchovy paste, but it has never tasted fishy like this. I let it go, only to see on the bill that I'd been charged $7.99 for the salad I didn't order. At that point, I chose not to raise the issue, as sometimes it's easier to just move on. I hate to say it--and I truly hope I'm wrong for the owner's sake--but this location seems to be struggling. I wouldn't be surprised if it's not open a year from now, especially given the increasingly sketchy area it's in. P.S. None of this reflects poorly on the waiter. We came in as a party of four and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our server, Chris, took about 20 minutes to greet us. When she finally did, we gave her our drink order, but she didn't return for another 10 minutes. She said she'd be back, but we waited again, and eventually she took our full order. After that, we waited roughly another 30 minutes and still never received our drinks. We ended up going to the bar ourselves to get them, and the restaurant wasn't even busy. Chris seems like a nice person, but she does not seem suited for the bar area. On top of that, our food arrived lukewarm. Overall, this experience makes me unsure if I would return. Today was a head to head match between their rib eye and filet... and given the choice, the clear winner for taste is the rib eye. I recommend the marsala sauce (contains mushrooms) for an additional $4. We went with a Cabernet Sauvignon, but the Pinot might have been a better way to go. We stopped in for dinner last night with our daughter. It has been many years since we have been to a Carrabba's and it will not be our last. I did try to get on the waitlist online but it was not showing when we arrived, however the host was able to seat us right away. Our waitress was very attentive and answered all our questions. We opted to try the Calamari to start and share. Then my daughter got the chicken Parmesan with Alfredo noodles, my husband got the Linguine Pescatore and I opted for the chicken trio. It has been a while since I have been to a Carrabba's Italian Grill. I remember them being quite a spectacular place to eat. We ate at the one off of Bell Road out in Glendale. The food was good. We were pressed for time and the waitress was extremely accommodating. They had our main course out before we were able to finish our bread and salad appetizers. My wife loves chicken and loves a lemon sauce, so we got her the chicken piccata. I also enjoyed that sauce so I had them make me a shrimp piccata. Not quite the scale of a Maggiano's, but it was close by and it worked well for us. read more

It had been 5 years to the day since I was last in a Carabbas. The Chicken Bryan was cooked nicely and not dry at all. The goat cheese and sundried tomatoes add a nice sweet tang that I love. Hubby wanted to mark his birthday with enjoying his most favorite cuisine, Italian, from the comforts of home. We live nearby and Carrabba's menu was appealing to us. Ordering online was very easy for the most part and I love how they allow different payment options. There are 3: pay right away online, pay at the restaurant, or pay by Carrabba's gift card(s). I haven't seen the different payment methods ever offered anywhere else so I greatly appreciate this. During the online ordering, we encountered an issue with their fries where you could not add either a side of fries or entrees that came with fries to your cart. For those entrees, you would be forced to select a different side in order to continue. I did bring this up to the server when I arrived at the restaurant and was able to order a side of fries in person. Our order was ready shortly after the original quoted ready time and everything was neatly packed with nothing missing. It also appears that staff has a system in place to double check the order is correct before sending it out as I notice markings on the order ticket. Definitely appreciate this as well as it makes me feel like they do care for their guests. Our meals were a big hit and hubby and I have plenty of leftovers. Our kiddos enjoyed their meals as well as they managed to finish it all. My other critique after the online ordering issue for the one item is that there are no obvious signage to direct where to go to get your pick-up order. I walked to the front entrance first and there was a sign posted to the door directing people to go to the back to get their pick-ups. I walked around back and there was no one inside at first, leaving me confused. My server did show up shortly after I arrived and everything was smooth sailing afterwards. I did bring up my confusion and he agreed that there was no obvious signage and wished that there was. Overall, I would love to order again from here or come back to dine in-person. read more
