I haven't been to red lobster in over maybe 10+ years! I was driving by and wanted to relive my childhood memories! From the moment that I pulled up to the moment I drove away, it was a very nostalgic experience. The service was amazing! I can't remember my waitress name but she was great & kept checking on me. The decor was STILL the same lol which really back so many amazing memories. Everything was fresh, hot and really good. *I ordered the ultimate spendless shrimp entrée and it was so much food! Just don't go, I'm sure there are much better ones in the area but this one unfortunately isn't worth your money. It took 30 minutes after being seated to actually have someone come over and acknowledge us, then another 15 before we could order drinks or food. The drinks came out as mostly melted ice and the food sat so long in the back before coming out that it had an odd film on the pasta dishes. All the food was kinda ok but definitely not worth the $80 we payed for two entries and two drinks. read more

I have always loved Red Lobster, I know it's not exiting but Walts Shrimp was always my favorite. Well it was up there with Snow Crab. Anyway, we went there yesterday Sat. May 2, my waitress was fantastic and took good care of us even though she was busy. However... everything has, changed recipes and not for the better. The Walt's fav shrimp were smaller the breading was not crispy anymore. The biscuits were very bread like. The outside wasn't little crispy like usual the shrimp scampi was kind of more oily as opposed to buttery and I definitely needed lemon. The mushrooms are smaller and you know what you didn't lower the they've gone up. I don't mind paying more if you the prices a little and left the food like it was it would've been so much better as I said in the beginning I love red lobster but I'm afraid I'll never be back read more

Went to Res Lobster Kennesaw. Clean and friendly. My wife and I both got the Admiral's Feast. Plenty of food, but the quality and taste were nothing special, nothing to write home about. For our sides, the brocoli was perfectly cooked and mashed potatoes tasted fresh made rather than instant; they were wonderful as were the cheddar biscuits. I haven't been to this location previously, nor to Red Lobster in four years however, Red Lobster is always the same- thats what I like about it, consistency. The service at this location was very good, my server was a tentative, and the food was brought out quickly and hot. It did take a little longer than usual for biscuits as they the process of making some and when they arrived, they did not disappoint. This location had really good, classic soul music playing, along with holiday music, which made the environment feel warm, and cheerful. unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed with the menu, nor the improved selections. I did get the coconut shrimp, which is an appetizer now along with a few sides of broccoli and mashed potatoes. I should have asked them to place all on one plate because I had too many plates in front of me. I look forward to visiting again in another four years for my cheese biscuit fix. read more

I don't go to Red Lobster often but I have had good meals there until tonight, it was across from my hotel so why not? Well, I got the sirloin, baked potatoe, salad then added a bowl of lobster bisque which I've had many times at several other restaurants, tonight it was like soupy water, no lobster meat, terrible for $8.99 a bowl, anyways the ranch dressing was just as watery, terrible dressing which madeee the salad unedible and i ordered the baked potato, instead got mashed, about time they corrected that, I was almost done eating. $40 spent (includes tip), waste of money. read more

Tried their Curbside service and was disappointed. Waited 25 minutes in my car (after checking in on the phone), finally called and my order was rushed right out. I ordered the crab legs on fries and the lobster potato. The crab legs were okay- next time I will definitely request seasoning. However the fries were awful and the lobster potato was laughable. Meh. The flounder was extremely dry. Comes plain on a bun. French fries were plentiful but soggy, needed the air fryer to crisp them up. This was more like a $9-10 meal rather than $15. Took a friend for birthday lunch. My Shrimp Scampi with quinoa and broccoli was so tasty. We shared Stuffed Mushrooms and my friend had Crabb Legs. So after avoiding Red Lobster for the past 10 years or so due to the quality of the food going way down, I decided to give them another try thanks to the Ultimate Lobster commercials. The commercials make the food look so delicious, since they probably use fresh quality seafood while filming. One Saturday night I ordered to go from the Kennesaw location across from Town Center Mall. I ordered the Seafood stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. My Lobster Feast consisted of Lobster, Salmon and Shrimp plus 2 sides a ceasar salad and green beans. When I picked my food up you have to go to the left to the bar area which is separate from the dining room. My food was ready upon arrival and the young man who handed me my bag was friendly. When I arrived home and opened up the box that contained my ceasar salad, I found only romaine lettuce, no croutons, no parmesan cheese and no ceasar dressing, needless to say the salad was a total fail. Not sure what the mushrooms were stuffed with the mushy filling did not really taste like like seafood. The entree did not come with any drawn butter or any other sauce for that matter. There was a sad little soggy unseasoned Lobster tail, a small piece of Salmon and a few decent sized shrimp. My green beans were fresh and cooked al dente, the shrimp were decent , these 2 items were the best part of the meal and of course the Cheddar Bay Biscuits. This experience has left me wondering why Red Lobster has not gone away yet. Many baby boomers swear by the restaurant and remain loyal customers which is probably why they are still in business. But if you are looking for fresh quality seafood this is definitely not the restaurant to come to. read more

It was a bit nostalgic walking through the restaurant to be seated, brought back fond childhood memories as Red Lobster was where we went to for EVERY family event and birthday. Everything was as I remembered, although the food was extremelyyyy salty, as if additional salt was added to the already over salted food. The waitress that helped us was fantastic and very understanding when we sent the child's meal back because of potential cross contamination of foods my nephew is allergic to. I'll happily visit this location again when I get a Red Lobster craving in the next few years. read more

Kyan was our server and he was AMAZING. This was my first time trying crab legs. I got the snow crab, with garlic lemon butter, and a side of broccoli. As always, the biscuits were amazing!! I got the mango martini, which had a good sweetness to it with a slight kick. It almost tasted like chili the lime, of course was a good to addition to the drink. As for the crab, I would read it a 10 out of 10 it does require a little bit of work, but the service was amazing. The server was nice we did enjoy it. Dine in | Lunch I had a wonderful experience with the Kennesaw (George Busbee Pkwy) Red Lobster! I had a group of 30 people for a Celebration of Life. I was able to book a private area at no additional charge! The manager, Tomas was very friendly and helpful every time I spoke with him on the phone. The staff was helpful in making sure all of my needs were met in setting up. Our server, Stephanie, was excellent. By the time our day rolled around, we were able to show up and enjoy our time together knowing exactly what to expect with no stress. Having a Celebration of Life service is emotional and a little stressful by itself but the staff of this Red Lobster was the best! The food and beverages were delicious as well. okay. so, I used to go to red lobster every Tuesday, but I stop because prices went up. but today I got lobster and shrimp pasta, and it was dry. now I heard old manager is gone but I think that was big mistakes. but what got me is the new manager wanted me to pay for extra sauce and I told her no because it dry and she going say this time I won't charge you but I told her don't worry I will contact management she said I am management so I told her I will contact corporate then her attitude change and she want to say she like my tattoos. but thing was that now red lobster tells them how much sauce to put on the food so with that being said I won't be coming back, and food wasn't seasoned. The food here was sub par at best! But the waitress we had, I believe her name was Bailey, was an absolute delight!!

We went two weeks ago, specifically to try the two new flavors on the endless shrimp menu. When we were seated, the booth next to us with six people were complaining and got up and left because they said they weren't getting any refills on the endless shrimp. Then, when our waitress came to take our order, she informed us they didn't have the two new flavors as they had run out earlier in the week. We had to wait too long between shrimp refills and finally left. Doesn't seem like they are really in a position to advertise the endless shrimp. If they don't have the two new flavors and can't keep up with the demand. We went in the middle of the afternoon, so it would not be crowded but it didn't seem to make a difference. read more

I visited this location and I must say it was a pleasant experience. It has been a while since we have been to Red Lobster and the food was tasty and seasoned well. I had steak and shrimp with a side salad, my daughter had chicken pasta and my wife had clam chowder. They both siad their food was great and who can forget the amazing bread. From the moment we walked in we were pleased, The gentleman at the door greeted and seated us asking our preference as to window or booth . Our server Stefanie was prompt and polite the food was exceptional and the timing of the service was perfect as we finished our appetizer our salad was arriving and when we finished our salads the food was arriving hot and exactly how we ordered it. I had one of the best experiences in a Red Lobster at the Town Center Location. I stopped by on a Tuesday and took a seat at bar. The bar tender was very busy yet managed to be friendly and take my drink order while apologizing for taking so long (he did not by the way). My drink came quickly, and I placed my food order. I ordered the Admirals Feast ( I was hungry :) ) The Caesar salad came out just as I ordered with extra Caesar dressing.... A few minutes later my seafood came out. To quote a patron that was setting with me at the bar "it was delicious!" . Shrimp, Fish, scallops, clams were all great. I ate more than I should but not as much as I wanted. But as we ordered a salad we were notified that salads cost an additional two($2) dollars. The extra $2 makes a difference between the waiter getting additional tips or not. I review this place based on what it is...a franchise...Its not the kind of place I ever go to but my daughter went once before and really loves their biscuits so I indulged her and took her. This location is well kept and quiet. It is a but dark/dim inside. I think they want to creat an air of elegance but doesn't quite achieve that. Our server was lovely. She was sweet and helpful, kept our drinks filled. We ordered a kid's lobster roll, a kid's mac and cheese and I ordered a wood fire scallop skewer and a shrimp skewer. I was a little disappointed that in the endless shrimp, they didn't have shrimp cocktail as an option. My skewers were really good! I have no complaints. Both the shrimp and the scallops were a nice size. I got a side of broccoli that was not mushy or soggy but could've used some seasoning. I also got a coleslaw which was a little too heavy. I thought the price was also reasonable. At the table they have one of those machines with games and where you can pay your bill which is a nice feature. The bathrooms were very clean. Overall, it is very decent food and great service for being a Red Lobster. If you must go to a franchise this is a good pick. read more

My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her chicken fingers and macaroni and cheese . Good portions for kids . Plenty left for her to enjoy later this evening if she chooses too which I'm sure she will. The Cajun chicken pasta was amazing as usual . Awesome lunch portion . Caesar salad was delicious and fresh . Cheddar bay biscuits were amazinggg as well. I've been here a few times over the last few years, but I can get get better quality seafood for the price at number of places closer to my house. It's the main reason I can't rate this place higher. Someone gave me a gift card, so we came back after almost a year hiatus. The biscuits came out hot and just as I'd remembered. Today's food and service were exceptional. I had the pick 3 platter with fried shrimp and flounder with shrimp scampi with baked potato and broccoli. The food was fresh and came out piping hot.
