We ordered a family bundle to eat in our hotel after a long beach day, which included chicken piccatta, pasta pomodoro, bread, and a house salad. The food was so good and exactly as I've come to expect from Carrabba's. The unfortunate part was that we ordered to go with utensils, plates, etc and they literally forgot ALL of it, AND they forgot the olive oil dipping sauce for the bread. Let me start by saying that we are normally big fans of Carrabba's but this location is lacking and that's an understatement. Understaffed for starters. Came in today and waited ten minutes for the bartender to take my drink and takeout order. Nothing against him as he has taken care of us in the past and is very accommodating, but when you have to not only make drinks for the entire restaurant and service tables in the bar area .... well one can only do so much. Got home and my $9 bread service (ridiculous) did not include the side or marinara. The take-out bowl of soup is also ridiculous - undersized in portion, nothing like the bowl you get in the restaurant. When I tried to call just now to express all of the above to the manager, rang ten times & unanswered before I surrendered. May rethink the holiday promo's going forward if this is the scenario. read more

Ordered a bottle of wine and multiple courses. The entrees were served on top of the salads, the dessert was served on top of the entrees. No pre bussing in the restaurant. My table had every course i ordered on it. There was 20 people in the restaurant MAX. I ordered food to go and canceled it out of the disrespect I experienced from their staff. When asking for management to talk about the problems, the GM Yvonne hid in the back and I was handed empty apologies by a manager with lack of interest and horrible skin care. He know who he is. Carrabba's is one of my most favorite restaurant chains. Back in November, I was up in Ft. Myers and visited one of their locations there. I was very impressed with their Filet and Shrimp Toscana. I thought it was so good! Ordered it again and, unfortunately, it was very disappointing. It just tasted as though all they did was add a bunch of cream to pasta. I quite literally left 90% of the pasta on the plate. Everything else we ordered was up to par. I wished I could say that the place was immaculate, but I cant. The store definitely could use a little sprucing up. It wasn't very busy when we went in, but not very cool hearing the employees beaker over who got how many tables. read more

We have had great experiences with our server, Sylvia, who is always on point to deliver exceptional service. She is warm, friendly, and always informed. Arline is fantastic. This is a very professional run Carrabba. Service is always wonderful as well as the food. The manager checked in with us to see how we were enjoying the experience. I had some free time so I thought I would use the time to catch up with my mom over lunch. Unfortunately nearly the whole experience fell short. The menu was basic and the actual food fell short. Taste and presentation was off for both our meals. Service was minimal at best. It was clear that this location is not doing well and running on a limited budget. Carrabba's for the win! Happy hour ends at 7 pm! Got a vodka martini for 6$! Then a nice glass of Chardonnay that came with a very small wooden circle with prosciutto , cheese, tiny bread stick and fabulous fig jam! It's given to you on your first glass, very clever and delicious! They now have a 10$ meal to bring home ( we got eggplant parm and cup of delicious sausage and lentil soup for an extra 1.29!) Hubby had chicken parm, 2 large pieces with fresh sautéed veggies in a light red sauce, delish! And I always get the shrimp scampi appetizer for dinner which is delish! Never really felt one way or another about Carrabba's. That was until last night. My husband and I attended the wine dinner. 4 courses paired with wines from Duckhorn Vineyards. Arrived at 6:30 to a packed house. There was an area reserved for the folks participating in the wine dinner and the rest of the restaurant and bar were business as usual. With the crowd we thought we might be waiting awhile for the first course so we ordered 2 glasses of their house red which was a Chianti/Merlot blend and was quite nice. The first course came out pretty quickly. 4 Arancini with sausage and fennel. They arrived hot and crispy and bursting with flavor served with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. It was a small pour but the waitstaff served more upon request. Second course was Shrimp Fra Diavlo over linguini. The shrimp were small but perfectly cooked and the linguine was al dente. Just the right amount of heat. That was served with a Pinot Noir. Next course was a hefty 10 ounce sirloin topped with sautéed spinach tomatoes and Gorgonzola. We asked our lovely server Sylvia if our steaks could be served rare as they weren't asking diners about what temperature they wanted their steaks as they were served all at once and there were about 60 people participating. She asked the chef and our steaks came out perfectly rare alongside some yummy garlic mashed. It was accompanied by a nice Cabernet. Dessert was a decadent Chocolate Panna Cotta with Berries and fresh whipped cream. Merlot was the accompanying wine. Everything was served in a timely manner and our servers Sylvia and Dominick were amazing. I'm sorry I didn't get the bussers names. They were wonderful as well. The price for this wonderful dinner was $60 pp. They also had a raffle at the end with 5 nice prizes. Look forward to their next wine dinner. A shout out to this Carrabbas location!! My husband inadvertently left his american express in this restaurant. He did not miss the card until we went back a second night to eat at the same location that he realize he did not have his American Express My husband ask our waiter if by any chance they found an American Express the night before. I could not believe it But she came back with the card, ask my husband for ID to verify he was the owner, and yes, there are honest and professional people out there!!! The card was never charge, they just held to it and return it!!! My expectations began to lift. When food came that quicky changed. Fettucine Weesie - 2/5. oddly comes with green onion on top. alfredo sauce and the shrimp and mushrooms are ok but the acid/salt not properly mixed in. some bites were salty and some were acidic. comes with soup or salad. i picked ceasars salad, be sure to specify if you need the dressing on the side. its very heavily dressed. Kids Penne Mac and Cheese: Acceptable Kids spaghetti and meatball: Dry meatball, watery sauce. Kids chicken strips and broccoli: Chicken strips ok. Food was mediocre but the service was HORRIBLE! We waited at least 10 minutes for water, even longer for napkins and silverware. There were 5 of us and the waitress ignored us totally. A few people got up to pay their bill at the front checkout desk and then she promptly came over and was very irritated as she wanted to ring us out herself. Not much a choice down in south Naples. It is good to see Carrabba's in this area. As a result we decided to have lunch here. After long day under sun working, it is good to be under AC. Even a glass of ice water is refreshing. The restaurant is not busy during lunch. Many retire customer in this area on the meet up. They do have the lunch special. I have order wood grilled salmon. When I am travel, fish is my obvious choice. This dish came with orzo - short cut pasta with herb and tomato. The orzo is well cook and maintains the rice look. The salmon is wood grilled with tomato basil vinaigrette. I don't like my salmon raw inside. The chef did a good job to well done the salmon and make it crispy on the exterior. The interior is contemporary. The service is good. The bathroom is clean. This is good restaurant when you travel here. read more
