    Tiramisu to go.
    Ada S.

We came for Father's Day dinner. They have an amazing deal going on Friday through Sunday . It's a 3 course meal for $45 . Oh so delicious. I had their house salad, chicken Marsala with garlic mashed potatoes and Tiramisu for dessert to share. The food was delicious. The bread was fresh. I love the fresh herb spices with oil. The service was good. There was a delay in how long it took to get our meal as one of their chefs walked out on them. But whomever they had that took over more than made up for it. They outshined themselves with the taste of the food. The restaurant was pretty busy yet everyone seemed to be enjoying their time. It was clean and the temperature was set perfectly. Not a long wait to be seated.

    Chicken

Served me raw chicken? We waited for a manager to come after we sent it back but no one came. The sever comped my meal cause she'd "never eaten raw chicken before but that's crazy and gross" So there's that. Also, asked us to rate the food but to not think about my meal (raw chicken) when we did it?

Tried the chicken piccata and it was excellent! The fettuccine is always good and I add paprika as that's what I do when I cook the dish myself. The only think they could add would be lemon wedges. I also wish they'd put the champagne chicken on the menu as it was excellent too!

We stop here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Restaurants was not busy at all. We got seated right away. It has been awhile since I have been here. It is a nice casual atmosphere. Much nicer than I remember it. Warm crusty bread was served while we wait for our entrees. I ordered there linguine with seafood which had shrimps, scallop and mussels. It was good but nothing to spectacular about it. I feel like I could have made that at home. The sauce didn't have any flavor except tomatoey.

We have gone to Carrabbas for years but this is the first time I've reviewed it. I took my husband for a Birthday dinner and we were seated promptly around 7:30 pm. Our waiter, whose name was Gray, was a good server. He made sure to check on us and also double checked to make sure what items were gluten free. He also boxed our takeout food and was pleasant. Our food was good as usual and that is why we continue to go back. It's always fresh and tasty. The nose level is always good and it's a relaxing atmosphere.

We had a gorgeous afternoon to enjoy Carrabba's patio seating. Complete with upbeat jazzy music coming over the speakers! OFF MENU TIP: it's nowhere to be found, but you HAVE to try the Scotty Thompson! It's an appetizer consisting of red pomodoro sauce, four slices of fresh, warm goat cheese and toasted bread slices. The combo of the creaminess, the acid of the tomatoes and the crunch of the crusty bread is worth every cent, every calorie and every every moment of your time! Now for some salt... the two menu items I tried were pretty salty. The lentil and sausage soup (salty but delicious) and the four cheese & sausage stuffed mushrooms (the mushrooms were great, it was the tomato cream sauce that was so salty). I love Carrabba's!

Lasagna, spaghetti + meatball, burrata tomato salad.

We had a gift card to Carrabba's, I have not been there before. We ordered to-go, pretty basic items. Lasagna is always good no matter what, I'll take it from anywhere. The pasta sauce was bland for me, I added more seasonings at home. Caesar dressing was good, just wanted more of it. I wish I got a chicken dish to try. Overall, food looks good.

So, I have a pending pick up order with Jeremy for this Friday. How much would it be for me to also include tiramisu for 10?

They always tell me to call and ask them to add it.

I had the vodka rigatoni with an Italian sausage, and my husband had the manicotti. I don't have words suffice enough to share the taste and how filling this was. I believe the wonderful surprise was the stuffed artichoke. We had been to Italy last year, and we learned about their love for artichokes. Some restaurants there stuff them too, and this was a close to exact from any stuffed artichokes we had there. The ambiance her is a bit dark and intimate, and our waitress was well informed with the wine pairing she suggested.

It's been a minute since my last visit, and I'm thrilled to report that absolutely nothing has changed... and for once, that's actually a compliment. Round 1: The Liquid Diet Naturally, I kicked off my personal Tour of Italy with a couple of custom cocktails. The Elegant Marguerite: Fantastic, but don't let the name fool you. This "elegant" drink has a dark side and can cause a first round knockout. Proceed with caution. The Limoncellotini: Hands down, the absolute star of the show. Sweet, smooth, and hit every single note on the playlist. Pure perfection. Phase 2: The Carbs & Carnage Next up was the appetizer round. I went with the Calamari Fritta, served with a classic marinara and a seriously impressive pesto-style sauce. The calamari itself was light, airy, and practically melted in my mouth. For the main event, I ordered their specialty: Chicken Vincenzo. We're talking lightly breaded chicken with mushrooms, garlic, and herbs and one heck of a flavorful sauce, side-chicked by a plentiful portion of linguine. The pasta was a masterclass in al dente, and this lived up to the hype. The Service & The Happy accident. Our server was fantastic--actually took the time to pour our drinks tableside and drop some stellar meal recommendations. The place was also impeccably clean, as you'd expect. But the real test of a great restaurant is how they handle a hiccup. One of our friends ordered the eggplant parm, but the kitchen accidentally sent out chicken parm instead. Now, they absolutely would have bent over backwards to replace it, but the chicken looked so darn good they just went with it anyway. When a mistake tastes that good, you know the kitchen isn't messing around. 10/10. Will be back to get hammered by that Marguerite again.

The cheese was a delightful bold contrast to very well blended meatballs. It wasn't extremely creamy polenta but melted enough to eat along with the meatballs. By themselves seasoned goodness. Calamari was all rings, battered which was a different breading than I was used to but very good with both sugo and calabrian aioli provided. The portion was standard restaurant quantity but of course rings are honestly premium. Chicken parm plated along side parmesan rigatoni had crispy breading flavor with provolone and mozzarella atop. Every bite was savory. I needed a little salt on the rigatoni. My friend said her sliders were good too, even though the bread may look stiff, it was soft, she wanted the side of marinara for more moistness. We shared the dessert.. the butter cake was divine. Unfortunately, my entree fell a bit short. I ordered the salmon, asking for it to be cooked medium, but it arrived thoroughly cooked all the way through. Also, because I was distracted by conversation while ordering, I didn't notice that the salmon doesn't come with a side dish like the other entrees on the menu. I really wish our waitress had flagged that for me so I could have ordered a side to complete the meal. Otherwise the service was fantastic. We finished with dessert, which was decent. The tiramisu uniquely came with a glaze sauce to pour over the top--an interesting presentation, but honestly not needed, as traditional tiramisu stands well enough on its own.
