The waiter was great! He kept us taken care of and he was very friendly. Definitely a good place for a date night because it's a little dark in there for a lunch with a kid lol. Went here for my partner's birthday dinner and we loved it. The chicken and eggplant parm were delicious, crispy, and well seasoned. Reheated the leftovers in the microwave the next day and it was still great! And our server Kyra/Kira was incredible. She ran to the kitchen to check if they were out of something before we even asked, and as someone who works in a restaurant, she did an incredible job of making us feel welcome. She was attentive, kind, and apologetic for a small wait on our dessert. The cannoli cake is why God made Italians. Service was excellent! The food not so much! Bread pre wrapped at the table was stale and very hard. Ordered the Italian trio the chicken Parmesan was extremely thin and dry, hard to cut and chew. The side of Alfredo was tiny the linguine was dry with a little sauce thrown on top. Salads came from the refrigerator as plate was cold. Not a single tomato and alot of sliced carrots that were not fresh. Will not be going back. Prices did not reflect what was served. read more

S-A-L-T-Y What does that spell? Disappointment!! The best parts of our experience this evening were the bread and our server, earning this review one big star. Both were unsalted and greatly appreciated. The wine was undoubtedly the catalyst to this review and the free cake was just a bandaid. Calamari sent back because it tasted like a salty seasoning packet. We appreciate the owner correcting the issue but in all honesty, though it was better than the start, the flavor of calamari did not come across the pallet. Two salads, both with wood fired chicken, were so salty we truly couldn't enjoy the plates and ate mostly just the romaine. Salad dressings are tart, proteins should complement not complete with that. Blindfolded or not, the flavors of the evening were drastically overpowered by obnoxious amounts of salt... and probably some pepper. Take the salt out of the kitchen! Leave it out of any marinades! And for goodness sake, taste the food you're exporting! Oh, and did I mention this experience took over 90 minutes? For salads...? Oy vey! read more

me and my boyfriend have never had Carrabba's before, but we had a gift card from Christmas so we ordered this to-go for our date night. The curbside carry out was very quick, the woman who seemed to maybe be the manager was very friendly, but most importantly the food was AMAZINGGGGG. we had the appetizer with three different kinds of apps combined, pasta entrees and soups and salads, and finally a tiramisu. all the food was 10/10, and they didn't forget anything (i highly recommend trying the mozz sticks with their ranch! so good). (the appetizers were not warm anymore but we live far away so no problem! the bruschetta app was also scrambled up in the container but again, nothing i couldn't fix!) we were so happy that it came with bread AND dipping oil and seasonings. best takeout experience ever, i never leave reviews unless they REALLY deserve them so we're gonna start doing this more often! thank you!!! read more

Carrabba's is one of our favorite chain restaurants. I always get the Chicken Bryan and it is delicious. we absolutely love their salads and the bread with dipping oil. This was our first time at this location and they weren't busy but the service was very sketchy. I waited about 25 minutes for a cocktail after I had already asked for it twice. A food runner dropped off our food, and our waitress was to never return. I ended up asking another waitress because we needed some extra sauce. About 15 minutes after we were done eating our waitress finally came back with the check. everybody has bad days. It was just a little rough. Luckily we weren't in a rush. this is the closest location to us now we moved to North Carolina, so we will definitely be back! read more

Today, four of us had lunch here on a very rainy day. DH and I had not been to a Carrabba's in years. The last time was in Maryland. We sat at the high tops near the bar. Tatiana was our waitress. What a friendly young woman. All smiles and attentive. The food was just as good as we remembered. The sausage and lentil soup was a little more soupy than I remembered but it was excellent. Chock full of flavors. I had the Mezzaluna as my entrée but didn't eat much of it. Between the fresh baked bread and some of the soup, I was filling up. The filling of the Mezzaluna included chicken, although I tasted more of the other fillings. Maybe the chicken was minced up. Still, good flavors and the ravioli was perfectly cooked. All other entrées were very good (other soups, side salad, and pasta dishes). We had a round of drinks (Bonizio Rosso Italian Red Blend; and a bloody Mary). The food was delicious, i got the chicken fettuccini alfredo and a caesar salad which were both great. The chicken on the alfredo was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. I really enjoy Carrabbas but do not eat here often. We were waiting in line for the restaurant next door and decided to do Carrabba's due to the wait. I'm happy we did. Our server was great, it was a very slow lunch time and our food was extremely quick. We had a table of 5 and we started off with the bread and oil and that is always good. My fiancé had the ravioli and loved it, I had the egg plant parmesan. It was really good but didn't have as much flavor as I was used to. Her name is Cassie (hope I am spelling her name correctly)...She took my order over the phone and I had several special requests which she repeated back to me perfectly! Waited five minutes to be seated. Makes no since because they were not busy at all. A line built up behind us pretty fast though and the hostess finally came. As we were eating our food I kept seeing people wait for long periods of times to be seated. I felt bad for them. And there was a STRAW RAPPER IN MY DRINK. We paid this Resturant a visit on our 42 Anniveresry. The food was very good and the server even comped us a Cannoli Cake for Two as desert. The thing that really spioled it for us was the employee that came in carring a bag of store bought French bread loafs (Bread and Dipping Sauce Trio $4.79, Enjoy our warm bread with a trio of made-from-scratch sauces including Alfredo, Marinara and Sugo Rosa tomato cream), really made the entire experiance feel cheap and over priced, made us wonder what else they might be doing in the Kitchen. We decided to eat at Carrabba's after seeing some of their new menu items advertised. Service at the table was excellent. We particularly appreciated the early refresh of bread and spices without asking. I had the lamb, which was excellent. When our dinner was served, one of the sides had cooled. We mentioned this to our server and replacement was provided very quickly. The lamb came with a sweet mint sauce that was intriguing. We asked her server about it and within minutes the kitchen manager was at our table for a lengthy discussion of the sauce, the three part process to create it, and the best way to prepare lamb.
