Came here recently and enjoyed my latte! It's a food truck located outside in Fenton Mall, so you do have to stand in the cold during this time of the year to get your beverage :) My only minor complaint was that the line was reasonably long and they only had one person working, so it took a long time to get our drinks. That's not the employee's fault, of course, but it would have been nice if someone was helping her so that everything moved a little more quickly. Overall, we really liked our lattes, though, so that's the most important thing. I would definitely come back! read more

To pay over $6 for a small iced coffee that's just concentrate & water from the grocery store was a little disappointing. I think you can off-set this if the employee had been remotely interactive or friendly- at least the whole experience wouldn't have been negative. read more

When in Fenton I typically spend a few hours so coffee break is a must. Second time here and I continue to enjoy a nice ice coffee. If you like a floral taste try the Lavender White Mocha. You taste it all the mocha and the lavender. It's soft but has the expresso you want to keep going on with your day! Service is good. Always see a friendly face at the window. This mobile coffee truck popped up on my Instagram feed at some point and, since it's not too far from work, I visited during lunch. Fenton is still a ghost town since not a ton of people know about it and not all the shops are open. I parked in the very back and walked over to the truck which is parked near the movie theater. The woman working was very friendly and also made drinks quickly. My butter beer latte seemed a little pricey ($6), but was good and not sickly sweet. read more

While walking through Fenton needing some caffeine I noticed the Carriage House coffee truck. I walked around to the back to see if they were open and they were. The interaction started out rough before I saw the sign that their A/C is loud so they have trouble hearing. I repeated myself and spoke louder. Communication improved and I ordered an iced London fog with oat milk. It was delicious! I am a fan of Harney & Sons tea, which they use here. The drinks are pricy (like everything else in Fenton) so not something I would get often. It was prepared accurately and quickly. I noticed this adorable truck parked in the circle at North Hills the other day and knew I had to give them a try. I looked them up this morning and you can order right online to have your order ready when you arrive. It's super easy to park here in the morning, plenty of ten minute spots. They are located right outside of the Starbucks that closed here. They let me know they are trying to be there every weekday through January. I'm the type of person who likes sweet coffee. I'm not a crazy coffee connoisseur by any means, but let me tell you their coffee was delicious! I went with the Christmas cookie flavor and it was awesome, my husband got an iced cookie butter latte and he loved it as well. They have a few baked good options as well like muffins and scones. They were a nice little compliment to the coffee. My coffee was even served with a chocolate covered coffee bean on top which I thought was cute. Highly recommend giving this adorable truck a try at North Hills! read more

For several weeks I have seen on the StreetFinder App that Carriage House is in North Hills in front of the old Starbucks location. I'm only 1 exit away, so I finally left my house and went and grabbed the most delicious COOKIE BUTTER OAT MILK LATTE. Was this one of the best coffees I have had in a long time? YES! It was absolutely delicious and I couldn't get over how good and genius the flavoring was. Let's just say, Carriage House is worth leaving the house for. Poor service and barista was not knowledgeable on menu items and allergens. I have a milk allergy and asked if that could be accomodated and ordered the recommended drink. I get my drink and it's lined with Carmel sauce. I asked if that was containing any milk and was told no! Definitely was Carmel sauce. Once I took a sip and walk back around and the barista left and look a break. I threw it out in the trash can! Would not recommend! read more

Carriage house is my main reason for traveling out to Fenton! It's a great place to visit, but this coffee is a reason to stick around. They have unique drink flavors and I was so conflicted because I wanted to try them all! I ended up getting an iced Sugar Cookie Macchiato with oat milk. I finished it in minutes. I never drink cold brew that fast, but it was so good and wasn't overly sweet. I'm making it my mission to try everything on the menu! read more

I went for a latte and asked for the flavors. This was our conversation: Me: What latte flavors do you have? Her: We have 20 flavors. Me: Awesome!!! Where is the list? Her: We don't have a list. Me: Oh so how would I know what they are? Her: we have the basic ones plus a lot more. Me: I'm confused. Am I supposed to guess at the flavors?
