I started seeing Dr. Fisher a while ago, I was very concerned when I saw a review from another Yelper about Appointments, being disorganized and the wait... I'm going to say she must have been there on an off day. The staff including a fellow "Jennifer" are always welcoming and very kind. I had never seen a Chiropractor before and several of my co workers rave about this place. Not only did Jennifer explain the process and how Chiropractic and Massage work together very well she made me feel very comfortable. I saw Dr. Fisher and was feeling so much better when I left!! I set my next 6 appointments before I went home. Yes, they are busy, yes, you might have to wait a little while but between the Dr. and his staff I wouldn't go anywhere else. The front office receptionist Jennifer is very disorganized. She tried to blame things on the new receptionist, however I remember speaking with her. I called and spoke with her to schedule two appointments. I arrived for my appointment and was told I had an appointment later than I thought. My fault so I waited. I was filling out paperwork and was told I actually didn't have an appointment but my husband did. But when we first walked in I was told only I had an appointment. Okay no big deal. As I'm filing out my paperwork two other people called and had appointments at the same time as my husband's appointment but I don't know how that is possible if new patient appointments take about 40 mins. Just based on walking in. I don't recommend this office. I didn't even see the Doctor as I was already frustrated with the disorganization. read more

Great doctor and staff!! This was the best chiropractor closest to me and I love the rolling table and sandpaper massager prior to adjustment. The important factor was that the admin staff was responsive to the phone calls so I could easily get scheduled even same day or at the moment. It's already been 2 years and I'm happy. New patient here...got an adjustment and feel like a champ. Diana up front did an awesome job squeezing me in and researching my insurance on a busy friday for the practice. Waited a bit, but I kind of expected to wait being a new patient. Dr Fisher has a good energy to him, laid back and knowledgable and is up front about everything. He reminded me of Urijah Faber, calm, cool and collected with that surfer vibe. He made some good recommendations about other areas in terms of stretching and general maintenance. Over the years and in multiple states, I have been to over 10 Chiropractors. Dr. Matt Fisher is hands down the best Chiropractor I have seen. He is patient focused, thorough in his diagnoses and treatments, and has high skill and expertise. Dr. Fisher is also reasonably priced and is willing to work through insurance and accident claim issues. His office staff is always friendly and helpful. And to make it even better, he has amazing massage therapists in his office that make it much easier to take care of both treatments at once. The dr does a decent job but he's always rushed and seems overwhelmed. They definitely over book so be prepared to wait. My first appointment I waited almost and hour. When I finally saw the dr you can tell he's stressed out and didn't really hear me out. I stopped going after 3 visits. The front office person was very pushy on the phone about getting all the paperwork and the insurance ready for the first initial appointment and mentioned that I will only have about 10 minutes with Dr. Fisher!! He might be a great Chiropractor according to some of the yelp reviews but if the appointment setter front office displays this type of rushed behavior is not going to make a new patient comfortable!!! For a Little hole in the wall I office, this place always seems packed! I went there with my wife after she was in a car accident. She was in lots of pain and had a hard time sleeping too. We weren't expecting a miracle or anything. And to be honest I figured we were going to be told "I'm gonna need to see you 5 times a week for three years." kinda thing. Doctor Fisher gave her a good look over and adjusted her up. He then told my wife to ice her problem areas down and see how she feels. He never tried to sell us on years on adjustments or a lifE time of his service's. Told us if she feels like she needs to come back just call and schedule an appointment with Dianna or Austin. I have gone and seen him a couple times and always left feeling better walking out than when I had been feeling walking in. The staff there is always friendly and full of smiles. Not only is There a Chiropractor "Dr.Fisher" but there is a Masseuse too. I would give this place a 10+ if I could. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Fisher if you need a good adjustment. My son and I were broadsided in a car accident in mid-February. I couldn't get in to see my MD as soon as I would've liked and I was only getting so far by going to Sutter ED again for relief. Against my past philosophy of 'chiropractors are not for me', I decided I would give this kind of treatment a shot. I figured that I would try it out, at least temporarily, until I could get into physical therapy (which worked for me before when I tore my Achilles). Well, almost 8 weeks (and counting) later, I still have pain/range of motion issues, but they are infinitesimally more manageable now. And on certain days, the visits make me feel brand new. Dr. Fisher is personable, smart, thorough, kind, an excellent listener, a forward-thinker... And he has jokes. Wow. Just wow. I am in my twenty's and I can't say that I have had any serious spinal injuries or accidents, however, I have strained my back through weightlifting. That aside, like many, I have suffered with center/lower back pain for a few years now. Seeking a chiropractor was more of a preventative measure, as well as a way of having consistent check-ins with a doctor to make sure I am not doing any damage while at the gym. That being said, one appointment, first chiropractor ever, and I hope I will never have to find another! Let's just say that I've been to a lot of chiropractors. A LOT. I love my previous chiropractor but he was just far for me to drive when I was in pain. I decided to go to a closer chiropractor because my back was sore and tense. I found Dr. Fisher. So this was my first visit with him. With his front desk staff, they were nice from the first time I set up the appointment. Then the massage I got was good, although I would've preferred to have more pressure. I was moved to the exam room to see the chiropractor. He was attentive, he (re)aligned me, and honestly, he relieved the dull pain that was there for weeks. My Original chiropractor stopped accepting my insurance the beginning of this year. I stopped going as I found it hard to find a chiropractor that took my insurance and that made me feel comfortable. A few months ago I was in so much pain that I needed to see someone ASAP, not only did Dr. Fisher take me in day of as a new patient, he has worked hands on with me to help me understand the causes of my pain. During my tenure, I have taught over 2,000 chiropractic students. I don't remember most of my students, only the very best and the worst. Matt was one of my best students. Top ten out of 2,000. Here is how I rate a chiropractor. I want someone who is very smart. I want someone who has excellent physical coordination. I look for confidence backed up by experience. And, I look for honesty. My daughter started with Dr. Fisher when he was at this location after being involved in a car accident. I absolutely love Dr. Fisher and he has been great with her. He takes the time to explain to me what is wrong and how long he thought it would take to get her back to 100%. My daughter is 16 and can be a handful but Dr. Fisher was able to handle her without any problem. I was very concerned when we first started going because I had never been to a chiropractor before but he lets us sit in the room while he treats her and over the last 3 months we have gotten to know him and he has gotten to know us. My vehicle was rear ended on two separate occasions and I had went to Dr. Fisher's office because of neck and back pain for both incidents. Let me just say, after Matt adjusted me I haven't had such a better nights sleep in years. I believe Matt goes above and beyond his duties as a chiropractor to make sure his patients leave his office feeling better than when they came in. I could hardly walk before I saw doctor fisher. I had a couple disk issues L4/L5 and S1. I didn't know what it meant but the doctors who did the mri did and wanted to prescribe me everything under the sun and if that didn't work then surgery. Two months of the worst pain ever, physical therapy, pain pills, and a bunch of doctors guessing. Then against there orders I through my hands up and went to see doctor fisher. I at least wanted another opinion because I was out of options. I can't say enough about him. Doctor fisher could see what needed to be done before I showed him the xray and mri. This guy hands down helped me walk and do everyday routines that we take for granted. I wish I could give more stars.
