We kicked things off with the Wagyu tartare (luxurious, balanced, melt-in-your-mouth) and duck croquettes (crispy and well balanced). For mains, my son went with the 24 oz prime bone-in ribeye, and I ordered the 14 oz New York strip--both cooked exactly how steak should be cooked.
