Normally this is my favorite spot for lunch however unfortunately today the quality was very sub par. Both my coworker and I ordered the same Liv wrap however the person at the register told me they were out of Kale, which comes with the wrap. Instead I opted for romaine. When I arrived back to the office I found out my coworker was not told they were out of Kale (he even ordered after me) and had it in his wrap. Pretty good healthy food. My only complain is the price. My lunch was a wrap and soup no drink and it was $21.00. I work around the area in a CPA firm and the average joe with a $50k salary cannot afford this daily lunch. Restaurants are so expensive here in Miami!!! The service is acceptable for a spot with counter ordering. The food also comes out quickly making it convenient for an workday lunch. The prices are also reasonable. A few peeves that I bring up for awareness but that did not impact my rating: For the most part, staff wears masks, EXCEPT the guy who walks around delivering plates always has his mask on his chin. There are NEVER paper towels in the bathrooms. And if you ask for a regular cup of water you get a tiny wax cup more like what you might get at the dentist to rinse. Love this place. Tried it for the first time in midtown and then today in the gables and let me tell you I'm very pleased with the taste and presentation. The first time I came I got a delicious veggie burger and today I tried Jessicas Tuna Pico de Gallo Tostones and they were incredible! Dariangela took my order and told me there were four tostones but three suffices. The order actually comes with only three but she made an extra one for me because of our earlier conversation. Excellent customer service and presentation of the food. Honestly, 3 tostones would've sufficed, but I ate all 4. My husband ordered the poke bowl and said it was the best poke bowl he's had. We've had poke bowls from Poke Bao and others but this one had a way richer taste (rice was seasoned well and was mixed with the greens). Really liked the vibe. Not only is the staff extremely hospitable but the food is great. They have a large selection of food including salads, wraps, bowls, and burgers with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Their smoothies and juices are to die for, my personal favorite is their orange juice that always has a fresh and refreshing taste.
