Been wanting to try this place and stopped by after a long walk. I got the pineapple sky smoothie and really enjoyed it. It had a great flavor and really good ingredients. I will definitely be back to try some of the other flavors. There is some seating both inside and outside! read more

Delightful Juices! I can't believe I've been walking past this place all year without stopping in! I'm moving this week and finally decided to give it a try. To my absolute delight, this is the best juice I've ever had in Miami! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is just so cute and cozy--it's definitely a spot where I could bring my work to study. I live just around the corner at the Gables, and I'm kicking myself for not discovering this gem sooner! Seriously, don't make the same mistake I did! Go check it out as soon as you can! I always order through Uber eats for lunch but I had the chance to pick up today. The staff were so friendly and they were pretty quick with my order too! It's a cute little spot with indoor and outdoor sitting! Plenty of street parking and a garage nearby. They have a lunch special which is what I ordered. It consists of a wrap and a smoothie for $15. They have different proteins (depending on the day), a variety of wraps, toppings, sauces, and add-ons that you can choose from. I had a chicken wrap with an açaí power smoothie (+$3). Honestly, best meal. Looks small, but it's so filling! Other recommendations are the açaí bowls and the Aztec bowl. Amazing! read more

Summer is officially here and that means smoothies and refreshing snacks in my book! Fantastic spot for a healthy bite. I tried the lean bean burrito, which was absolutely delicious. It was pretty big, but I ate the whole thing. It was too good to leave behind. Make sure you lather on the Sriracha sauce. Yum! I soothed my thirst with a green and healthy smoothie. It was incredibly refreshing. You can conveniently order your food at the counter and then are served pretty quickly. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. There are only a few tables inside, but they have a nice patio area in front. It's a perfect spot to enjoy a meal on a pleasant day. So happy to have this healthy option nearby! read more

I've been coming here for years. The service is pretty consistent, nice employees , & quick preparation. The açaí bowls are my go to & I recently tried the pitaya bowl, which are both delicious. They don't have as many toppings as many other nearby locations & are a little smaller bowls, in comparison. It's a small place with just a couple of places to sit, but I typically grab it to go. Acai bowls are one of my favorite warm weather treats, so during a trip to Coral Cables I did some reconnaissance to find the best spot to grab one. After reading the reviews on Yelp and Google, we ventured over to Banana Berry. I ordered the acai bowl (obviously) which was everything I had hoped for. The acai texture was creamy, not grainy or gritty, and the toppings (banana, strawberries, chia seeds, coconut, granola) were fresh and incredibly tasty. My dining companion ordered the Lean Bean Burrito, substituting a vegan black bean burger for the chicken, and enjoyed it immensely. The staff were pleasant, but not effusively welcoming. The pricing is a little steep, but it's Miami, and we were on vacation. I was also able to use the Yelp check-in offer for $2, which was helpful. I've driven past this smoothie shop a few times and was very anxious to try it. I walked in this week and ordered a medium Caribbean Breeze smoothie that came with mango, pineapple and coconut shavings, I added strawberries and banana to my smoothie. 5-star food, 5-star service, 5-star ambience. Terrific smoothies at a decent price (good food too), always delivered correctly with a smile in a space with a cool health food vibe. Their variation on chicken salad is, IMHO, the best on earth. It comes with raw broccoli, avocados, grilled chicken, strawberries and your choice of dressing. If you top it off with a peanut butter-based smoothie for lunch, you won't need dinner. For some reason I go on weekends post-exercise here, almost by default. I started thinking as to why, and aside from the terrific food, their service is well-nigh perfect. They've never once gotten my order wrong, and they invariably say good morning / thanks / feliz fin de semana every time. There's no Miami 'tude at all in this place. The ambience is nice and mellow. It's in a pretty low-key part of the Gables. Inside it's welcoming and homey. read more

I came across this place one morning in the Gables. It's a hidden gem behind this gorgeous greenery. They have a lot of options on the menu and some seats outdoor if you want to stay and eat. The spot is chic and it's a good place to grab a quick bite or something to-go if you're in a rush. On my first visit I went with the breakfast power burrito. It has eggs, quinoa, avocado, tomatoes, refried beans, and scallions. I had it on a tomato wrap and with hot sauce and it was quite filling. The other times I've gone I've ordered "the other colada smoothie" which is coconut, strawberries and banana. The coconut is shredded on top. It's quite interesting, light, and refreshing. I've found the food to be good and filling, but simple. If you're looking for something grand and different, this isn't it. And that's fine if you want a quick bite, or something healthy. Their options are pretty healthy, they're reasonably priced, and the options are endless. There's so much on the menu to try. I will definitely keep going back to try more things. They have a lot of add-ins too for the smoothies and açaí bowls, which I can appreciate read more

Dropped by Banana Berry on a walk to the Gables, my daughter and I had one of their smoothies and they were delicious (and refreshing!) they have so many to choose from (we will definitely be back to try other flavors! My husband opted to have the black bean burger wrapped and he loved it! We would also like to come back and try their breakfast options as well. It's a small location but they offer pick up and we noticed quite a few people doing that while we were there. The staff was friendly! It's not that I dislike smoothies. It's that I rarely want to drink them. Miracle of miracles, I wanted a smoothie. I did a one-hour kickboxing class with a girlfriend of mine in nearby Brickell and I was dying of thirst. I also was desperately craving some nutrients. Oddly enough, we remembered this place due to its proximity. At any rate, we went and it was packed for a Saturday morning. I don't remember what my girlfriend ordered, but I had the Triple Berry smoothie. That smoothie was a mix of strawberries, blueberries, and I believe raspberries in non-fat yogurt. It was delicious and it hit the spot. I was happily sipping on it for quite some time. Apparently, they're a part of FiveStars, so put your phone number in for reward points. Oh, and they serve food. Needed a smoothie before work this morning. I chose Banana Berry because of the option to buy empanadas. I'm always hesitant to buy empanadas because I'm from Argentina and I love the traditional cuisine but the pictures on the yelp page, unbelievably delicious and looked like Argentine empanadas. Well, to my surprise... The empanada was dry, never found a hint of "chimichurri" in it nor was I given chimichurri on the side and just was old, must've been sitting out for some time. The picture shows a delicious handmade empanada, but what I got was a flat food item and totally lacking in taste. Thank god I had a piece of lime in my lunchbox that I used to finish this, it was truly that bad. Avoid the empanadas especially if you like Argentinean empanadas, these are not like them. At least, the stars go for the smoothie. Again, the picture does not look the same in person. In the picture its missing Spirulina so in real life the color is darker and greenish. However, it was good. Flu Fighter Smoothie was my choice. read more

Feeling a bit jipped due to the misinformation on Uber Eats with this company.. they held a promo which was buy 1, get 1 free 16 OZ. Smoothie - which is so incredible. Looked them up here to make sure it was all legit, service seemingly amazing and all. So I went for it. I got my two drinks. When I looked at them they had seemed smaller than 16 OZ.. Been here a couple of times and it's one of my favorite smoothie joints. For days that a sit down meal is just not something you can afford, a healthy alternative is to grab a smoothie or one of their wraps or both when it's a special, as in today! Yay! Got both for under $10. Chose their Caribbean Breeze and chicken wrap which came with a choice of dressing (chipotle ranch), veggies (a long list) and type of wrap (spinach was good). I love when I unexpectedly get latte art on my drink! Milk steamed to the right temperature and a nice coffee-to-milk ratio. The sauce was really nice too. I got an acai bowl and the serving was huge! Lots of fresh fruit on top.
