    Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful when I called to inquire about when I may expect to…read morereceive my replacement debit card. Not only did the employee on the phone not give me an estimate, they were also VERY condescending and rude towards me despite being a customer for almost 20 years. I could not make out the first name of the individual that helped me, but her last name was King. I am glad the conversation was recorded so that hopefully the U.S. Bank training staff can use it as an example of how to not treat their customers over the phone. People often say, "It never hurts to ask." however asking a simple question to her was apparently comparable to coming to her house to kick her dog. They are lucky the Richmond location closed because nobody in the country would want to come to Liberty to deal with such rude people. The Richmond location was always much more ready to help me with any request (which I had made many that were more intricate than this question.) it is a true shame that U.S. Bank closed the good branch to have us suffer with the staff at this Liberty location.

I took the day off work to go to the appointment, but when I arrived, the manager asked one of the tellers where the loan officer was. The teller told the clueless manager the loan officer never comes in before 10:00am. The manager then told me that the loan officer called in sick and said to come back at 10:00. No apology or anything. Go bank somewhere else. The manager is clueless.

    Looking for a business willing to do a safety inspection with a goal of getting my car licensed…read moresooner than later Eric at Heartland Chevrolet got me in after making an appointment that gave me just enough time to get home and drive the car down. Eric got it done in record time and thanks to him I did get plates for my car later that same day. Given the level of service I was provided I can heartily recommend Heartland Chevrolet regardless of what you drive. Service like Eric's is to be commended.

He needs to leave his macho attitude at home and not flex his muscles around the office as much. There is no room for negations on their vehicles and making an appointment does you no good because mine was moved back hours due to a walk in on that day. I happend to mentioned to my brother the issues at this location, and he knew exactly the manager I was speaking of and if it was not for the service manager, he would have taken his truck for his warranty work to another Chevy dealership due to the attitude he gave off to him when he arrived. When you answer the phone at a car dealership you should get a friendly voice and all the times I called it never, happened. We are in a world where reviews matter and so does good customer service. Too much compititon in the KC area and they lost my business for this reason.
