Incredible sales experience. The staff was so friendly, patient and professional. No pressure and committed to us getting exactly what we needed. The car they sold my boyfriend had multiple problems in the first couple days and they blamed him for " hot riding it " and misusing the vehicle, like they have any say in that. Don't go here. I am writing to address several issues regarding my 2007 Mercury Mountaineer, in which I purchased from you on October 2, 2014 with 103,125 miles on the vehicle (see attached document for proof of mileage). The current mileage on this vehicle is 106,262, I have personally put approximately 3,137 miles on this Vehicle. The first matter in regards to this vehicle is the rear seat motor in which you are aware of. I understand that I signed an AS-IS clause when purchasing this vehicle, but please understand that when your salesman showed this vehicle he himself operated the rear seats, in full functioning condition. Please refer to the attached documents dated for October 6, 2014, approximately 4 days after purchasing that informs your salesperson of the operational defect regarding the rear seat motor. Attached you will also find record of a stabilizer link, that fell off of the vehicle on October 13, 2014, approximately 11 days after the purchase. I noticed a piece of the vehicle hanging from the under carriage, it was removed as it was severely damaged and unusable. Shortly after purchase of the vehicle coolant could be smelled while the vehicle was running. With no obvious leak, and a constant issue with the vehicle staying warm I purchased and replaced the thermostat, with the help of my father, a certified journeyman machine repairman (see attached receipt for purchase of the thermostat). I was then informed by your office that I needed to bring the vehicle in for diagnostic on the seat motor. I signed a document stating that the vehicle would be in for approximately 1 hour, for diagnostic on the rear seat. Over 4 hours later it was determined that it was indeed the seat motor that had quit operating, a diagnostic that should have taken 20 minutes. After I was informed that you would not be paying the entire cost of the replacement I made a point to make your office aware of the other (coolant) issues going on with the vehicle. You and your mechanics then took it upon yourselves, without my authorization to look into the engine compartment and diagnose a problem you were not authorized to do. You stated that you would replace the thermostat housing because it is an issue that should have been taken care of to begin with, the seat motor is also an issue that should have been taken care of prior to you selling this vehicle. My vehicle was returned to me with NO TEMPERATURE GAUGE, a traction control light on, and a check engine light. All of which were not issues before your back alley mechanics touched my vehicle without my consent. A vehicle that is leaking coolant at the very least should have a working temperature gauge, this is the only way to determine whether or not the vehicle is overheating due to loss of coolant. I understand that you have offered to replace the thermostat housing, I do hope you can understand why I must decline. I may end up with a new housing but what other new issues am I going to have after your mechanics touch my vehicle again. I have also enclosed documentation of the issues regarding the condition my vehicle was returned in. Lastly, I brought this vehicle in to a reputable repair shop that did a very thorough inspection, something your mechanics failed to do. Enclosed you will find the itemized list of problems with this vehicle and the condition in which it was sold to me. I would like to point out that this vehicle was sold to a single mother of 3 children, 2 of these children are disabled and receive Supplemental Security Income for their disabilities. You should be ashamed of the fact that this vehicle was sold with so many problems, including dangerously low brake pads, and missing rear stabilizer links. You bring "AS-IS" to a whole new level. I am requesting one thing from you. All I want is for my rear seat motor to be taken care of. I will accept full responsibility for the condition of this vehicle as I should have done a better job investigating possible issues. The seat motor however was shown to me in full operation, and quit working. I do not want you to install it, I just would like to have the part replaced and my father who is fully capable will install. I am urging you to do the right thing, please just take care of the seat motor and I will take care of the remaining issues, and safety concerns with this vehicle. read more

Never buy from them they sold me a rodeo and I found out a week ago I am lucky to be alive...I have been driving it for 2 years and the frame was welded in three spots...my family and I could have died if it broke while we were driving.....the car was also always in the shop...twice I went there and one time I was quoted over $700 for a repair that later was just a broken spark plug.......Do NOT GO HERE....Not honest..... read more
