I had to tell them not once, not twice, but three times to clean the inside of my car and I'm only talking about sweeping out the car. they did not even pick up the mats to sweep under them and I pay for wax which total to $65. When I got the car back, it was not swept out inside. They did not wipe the inside of my car with any armor, All or leather conditioner, and the car did not even look like it was waxed. It had a lot of buildup on it, also there were water spots on my car which they tried to claim would not come out. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

This place went downhill. I took my SUV for a cleaning and the guy convinced me to get my car detailed. I wasn't willing to pay the higher detail packages so I got the one that was $59 so I wasn't expecting perfection but a thorough cleaning would've sufficed. They didn't vacuum. They didn't bother to put armorall on all of the tires. The inside wasn't cleaned or detailed and my car still had dirt and bird crap on it LOL SMH. So disappointing. I've been going to this car wash for more than 7years now and I notice they have change their cleaning system, and it is , I would say sad and very unsanitary. Years ago they would wipe & dry the car with different colors of towel. one towel wipe & clean the outside part of the car. and other towel to wipe & clean the inside of the car. Now a days they would use the same towels 'one shot' to clean everything. below are the steps they do: 1)They will wipe and dry the outside. 2) next they use the same towel to clean the footsteps of the car ( which is the filthiest area), side part of doors & side of the hood. 3) NeXT they will wipe the inside seats, dashboards, etc. With covid-19 virus still around, germs, and chemicals on the car footsteps. I've had nothing but poor service since my son in law purchased the monthly.My first visit I was told we don't do seats. I informed him he will do mine and asked to speak to the manager. For months I tried them, then had to tell my son in law to cancel! I've spoken to the manager several times. Always a problem with not cleaning well, and the driver hops in the car and drives off when car isn't finished. He got a surprise today, which was my last day. The key wasn't in the car, and he had to wait. I showed the other assistant that my floor in the front had not been cleaned. He cleaned and apologized while the driver sat angrily watching. The manager Jerry is a very difficult person to deal with this is why. On 4-29-22 I took my SUV to get waxed the guy that wax my vehicle broke my inside door handle on the driver side he reported it to the manager the manager asked me to fill out an incident report and they will repair it He had to order the part. 2 weeks past i did not hear from him. 2 more weeks past he told me he order the wrong part. Then he told me his brother was sick and he was to busy to check into it. I told him my vehicle is very important to me it's very hard to open the door without the handle another week pass he stated he got the part waiting for a technician to contact him to install the new handle mind you now it's been actually three months on 29 June and my vehicle has not been repaired as of yet I tried contacting the owner or the management company and there's no listing to get in contact with them I am very upset and waiting to get my vehicle repaired this is very poor customer service. Never come to this car wash! Brought my 2016 Mercedes in for its first wash here in Carson and left with a broken tail light cover. Once my car exited the tunnel I quickly noticed half of the cover missing I mentioned it to an employee and he said this wasn't the first time this happened and that he would get the manager. When speaking to the manager he stated that "my tail light cover was already broken before I came in but since it's red I just couldn't see it"....Really ? I was furious and told him I needed to speak to the owner because they were going to replace my light, He made me fill out a claim form and stated he would call me two days later as they had to investigate. (THEY DONT EVEN HAVE CAMERAS AT THIS PLACE I DONT KNOW HOW THEY "INVESTIGATED") two days pass and no call so I show up and he stated he will have an answer the next day. So I show up the next day only to be told the owner would not pay for the damage because again "my tail light was already broken". I simply stated that I would be taking this to Small Claims Court as I was not going to keep wasting my time arguing with the so called manager. Tomorrow I'm going to open the case and provide all my documentation and photos that prove my tail light was not broken prior to entering that car wash. Don't ever waste your money here! I haven't been here in a little while and I understand the price increase due to inflation, but this place has gone down hill. I know they have revamped the place and made some changes but the experience was mediocre at best. I arrived at the vacuum station and see younger kids on their phones, (there were a couple of people who took the job seriously) every time they finished vacuuming a car. Next when when I walked into pay, the girl at the register too was rapidly texting and only stopped because I cleared my throat while standing there (DON'T LET THE PHONE GET YOUR JOB.) Finally when my car reached the other side and was taken to the hand wax area I patiently waited. When they blew the horn and waved the rag in the air I went to retrieve my car only to point out wax residue still in multiple spots on the vehicle. It's not about quantity but quality and I'm sure your business is not hurting but I personally will not be back with this experience. I paid $50 for the Express Handwax and tipped an additional $10 only to find my car incomplete. This is not how you keep customers happy especially if we have been coming here for over twenty years. A heads up to my fellow veterans with disabilities if you go to the Carson Car Wash. If and when you pay your car wash in cash, beware to count your money carefully before handing it to the cashier. On Jul 19, 2024 at about 9:38 am, I paid the Latino female cashier in cash for Express Wax amounting to $64.99. Before hand, I already know how much cash I had in my wallet: 3 = 1$ bills ($3.00), 2 = 5$ bills (10.00), 1 = 10$ bill ($10.00), 3= 20$ bills ($60.00), and 1= 50$ bill ($50.00). Total was $133.00. I placed on the counter what I thought were three $20.00 bills and one $5.00 bill ($65.00). The cashier picked up the cash and gave me a penny change. I placed the receipt in my wallet. When I got home, I took the receipt out of my wallet along with the remaining cash content totaling $38.00. I quickly noted that I was missing $50.00 bill. One of my disabilities is glaucoma and I realized I have mistakenly given the $50.00 instead of $20.00. At about 11:30 am, I called the Carson Car Wash cashier and explained my predicament. She said she did not recall who I was and added she only had $100.00 bills but no $50.00 bills in her till. As God is my witness, I hope and pray the cashier was being truthful. read more
